THEORY INTO PRACTICE (TIP) PROGRAMS The first in Canada, our TIP programs help you gain experience and apply theory to actual practice. You can sharpen your skills and connect with prospective employers through our extensive Co-op program, our unique Applied Consulting, Mentors and Applied Studies programs and – on the Lethbridge Campus – our exciting Integrated Management Experience (IME) program.

Combined Degrees With 10 additional courses (i.e., one more year of full-time study), you can complete a degree in Management plus a degree in Education, Arts or Science.

Second-Degree Program Already have a degree? You may be able to complete a BMgt in as few as 15 courses.

Dan is a dedicated and passionate instructor and is the coordinator of the Theory Into Practice programs. His leadership has played a significant role in guiding our student case competition teams to multiple wins in every year they’ve competed.

Robbin’s current research focuses on how stakeholders with very different ideological views collaborate to accomplish shared goals.

Kelly specializes in labour relations and corporate social responsibility. She is an authority on helping organizations accomodate employees with disablilities.
