7 If you have completed a diploma at a recognized college or technical institute that is approved to link up to a ULethbridge program, we can consider you for the post-diploma admission route. Typically, you will only need to complete another two years (20 semester courses) to get your ULethbridge bachelor’s degree depending on the program. You may be required to extend your program beyond 20 courses, depending on the major chosen and the diploma you previously completed. Diplomas not previously approved for admission will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You can find previously approved diplomas at ulethbridge.ca/ross/post-diploma
8 Applicants who have completed an approved undergraduate degree (min. 30 courses with a GPA of 2.00 on the ULethbridge 4.00 scale) or an approved graduate degree will be eligible for general admission to pursue another undergraduate degree (15-25 courses, or oneand-a-half to two-and-a-half years of full-time study). Students are not typically eligible to pursue a second degree which has an identical or
closely related major to one already completed at a recognized institution. Applied or Technology Degrees from recognized post-secondary institutions will not be considered for second degree admission.

“I have been very fortunate to have worked in different areas of the Faculty of Fine Arts, usually focused around audio. Thanks to these experiences, I have been able to learn through practical work while establishing connections with the people I work with. These connections have helped me get jobs with the Canadian Association for Theatre Research, the Banff Centre, Three Flag Media and work with local bands from Lethbridge!”

“The University is a hidden gem, fostering a close-knit and supportive community for its students. The benefits of studying at a smaller institution like this include personalized attention from professors, a strong sense of camaraderie amongst peers and a more intimate learning environment. It’s a place where you can grow academically and personally, surrounded by caring individuals who are dedicated to your success.”
“I transferred to ULethbridge because of the incredible neuroscience program, and the hands-on research opportunities it offers the students. When I first started university, I wanted to go to medical school. But through independent studies I realized my passion for research. I now want to get a PhD and do clinical research.”
Devanshi Sharma India | Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience Lethbridge Campus
After completing my undergrad, I researched ULethbridge and I was amazed at the theoretical physics research by the faculty members, particularly the work of Dr. Arundhati Dasgupta from the Department of Physics & Astronomy on determining the origin of dark matter and dark energy. I recognized that studying at ULethbridge successfully combines a balanced system of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills acquisition, all of which are required for the fulfillment of my career goal.
