FLOWERS HALL
Flowers Hall has served as the home of the University of North Alabama volleyball team since it opened its doors in 1972, and has been an important part of the Lions success story. The facility currently holds 2,229 seats after its most recent renovation following UNA’s transition to the NCAA Division I level. Throughout its history, Flowers Hall has hosted numerous state and Gulf South Conference tournaments, and was the scene for the first-

In 2019, the Lions hosted their first-ever ASUN Conference tournament game when the women’s basketball program welcomed North Florida to town on March 17. In 1996, Flowers Hall was the site of the first-ever NCAA women's volleyball tournament
played in the state of Alabama as UNA hosted the NCAA Division II South Central Regional. UNA has hosted the event a total of four times, winning it at home in 1998 and 2000 before coming up short in 2005.
