EMPLOYMENT Project: Inclusive Co-working “Accessible Employment” at the Kharkiv City Employment Centre
Recipient: Kharkiv City Employment Centre City: Kharkiv Budget: Grant amount – 112 400 UAH, Project costs – 174 500 UAH Project idea: ➢ Improving employment services according to the Universal Design principles; ➢ Enabling access to services for people with disabilities, including clients with visual and hearing impairments; ➢ Providing career guidance for youth, including youth
with disabilities; ➢ Development of the model of inclusive co-working.
EMPLOYMENT Project: “New Employment Opportunities For People With Disabilities” Recipient: State Rehabilitation Centre for Persons with Disabilities "Podillya” City: Vinnytsya
Budget: Grant amount – 95 000 UAH, Project costs – 136 409 UAH Project idea: ➢ Development and piloting a model of job coaching at the work place for people with disabilities.
SOCIAL AND REHABILITATION SERVICES Project: “Accessible Centre of Social Services” Recipient: Territorial Centre of Social Services of Kamyanske city City: Kamyanske city, Dnipropetrovska oblast Budget: Grant amount – 105 000 UAH, Project costs – 149 328 UAH Project idea: Ensuring universal access to social services: ➢ Development of the model of accessible territorial centre; ➢ Reconstruction works.
HEALTH Project: “Improving Accessibility and Medical Care for Visually Impaired People” Recipient: Ivano-Frankivsk city central hospital City: Ivano-Frankivsk
Budget: Grant amount – 105 000 UAH, Project costs – 150 000 UAH Project idea: ➢ Improving health services according to the UD principles; ➢ Enhancement of accessibility of medical care for visually impaired people, incl. through reconstruction works;
➢ Development of the model of accessible clinic.
HEALTH
Project: “Friendly Medicine: Reception Reconstruction” Recipient: Public institution of Mariupol City Council “Primary health care centre #2 of Mariupol” City: Mariupol, Donetsk oblast Budget: Grant amount – 90 500 UAH, Project costs – 159 300 UAH Project idea: ➢ Reorganization and reconstruction of the reception office according to the UD principles;
➢ Development of the model of accessible clinic.
HEALTH Project: “Healthcare Without Barriers”
Recipient: Manevytchi CSO of People with Disabilities “Dovira” City: Manevytchi village, Volyn oblast Budget: Grant amount – 96 000, Project costs – 150 000 UAH Project idea: ➢ Enabling access to the district policlinic (inside and outside reconstruction works); ➢ Raising public awareness and health workers on Universal Design and Accessibility principles through
workshops and information campaign; ➢ Development of the model of accessible clinic.
OTHER - EDUCATION Project: “Kindergarten “Myr” – Space Comfortable For All” Recipient: Kostyantynivka kindergarten #31 “Myr” of Kostyantynivka city council of Donetsk oblast through
Department of Education of the City Council of Kostyantynivka city City: Kostyantynivka, Donetsk oblast Budget: Grant amount – 80 000 UAH, Project costs – 116 800 UAH Project idea: ➢ Ensuring access to premises and educational services of the kindergarten for all children including children
with disabilities; ➢ Development of the model of accessible kindergarten.

Project: “Inclusive Theatre” Recipient: The First Ukrainian Theatre for Children and Youth City: Lviv Budget: Grant amount – 55 000 UAH, Project costs – 78 590 UAH Project idea: ➢ Ensuring opportunity for theatre visitors with visual impairments to enjoy performances through commenting;
➢ Development of the model of accessible theatre.
OTHER – CULTURE Project: “Accessible Library” Recipient: Department of Culture and Tourism of the Executive Committee of Polonne City Council City: Polonne city, Khmelnytska oblast Budget: Grant amount – 63 000 UAH, Project costs – 92 294 UAH Project idea: ➢ Ensuring access to knowledge, information, communication and leisure for people with visual impairments and
other groups with low mobility through equipment the library; ➢ Development of the model of accessible library.
