2023/24 tuition fees for home students

Masters programmes (excluding Business Administration (MBA), Strategic People Management (SPM) and International Business Management (IBM) full-time).

Class-based courses: £8,748

Lab-based courses: £9,495

MBA full-time: £13,500

MSc SPM and MSc IBM full-time: £9,495

Postgraduate/Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) full-time: £6,870

Postgraduate Diploma programmes (PgD) full-time: £5,832

Postgraduate Certificate programmes (PgC) full-time: £2,916

Postgraduate loans

Postgraduate loans are available to help with tuition fees and/or living costs for some courses. Loans can be used to pay your tuition fees or to help support yourself while you study. You can apply for the full amount regardless of the tuition fee you will be paying. For the eligibility criteria and more information please visit gov.uk/funding-for-postgraduate-study

Part-time work

Laboratory/higher course fees apply for some courses. Full tuition fee details, including for part-time study, can be found on the individual postgraduate course information pages of our website. Further information on fees and finance, including scholarships for international students can also be found on our website.

Many postgraduate courses are available to study part-time giving you the opportunity to work alongside your studies. The Careers and Employability team are available to support and guide you through your options.

Institutional or charity funding

There are a number of funding bodies accepting applications offering varying levels of support and terms and conditions.

For example, Postgrad Solutions Ltd offer limited bursaries of £500, visit postgrad.com for more details on this and other support available. Students who find themselves in financial difficulty may be eligible to apply to the Financial Support Fund (FSF) administered by the University.

Employers

If you are currently working, you may be eligible for help with your fees through CPD (Continuing Professional Development) or other forms of staff development. It would be worth discussing the options with your employer.
