Erin McNeill wrote binders full of poetry as a teenager and then didn’t write another poem for the next two decades. But when Erin put pen to paper again, the result is a series of poems that she bravely started to post one by one on Instagram @poesyvisualpoeticworks.

‘Meet Me By the Cherry Tree’ The cherry tree is a meeting place for love to be expressed. The trunk is the rooting; the fruit as red as hearts. The innocence of young love; the excitement of new love or the contentment of an older love.
