Master’s specialisation in Occupational Health Psychology The Master’s specialisation Occupational Health Psychology draws upon and integrates knowledge of several disciplines in psychology, with a clear focus on employees and their work setting. You will learn how to improve the quality of working life and how to protect and promote the safety, health and well-being of employees. As such, the focus is not only on employees’ physical condition, but also on emotional, cognitive, motivational and behavioural factors. You will therefore study the employee and his/her work environment from the perspective of three disciplines in psychology: health psychology, social and organisational psychology, and cognitive psychology.
