Your course
This dynamic and flexible course will give you a comprehensive understanding of the functions and processes involved in managing modern organisations. It offers a huge amount of flexibility after your first year, which means you can really tailor the course to your career aspirations. Modules are taught by leaders in their fields and are designed to give you the opportunity to develop analytical, problem-solving, presentation and other transferable skills required by the business world. You’ll have the opportunity to develop the skills to motivate and inspire a team of people to work towards a common goal.
To give you the chance to build a better understanding of business management, the course covers key topics. You’ll cover fundamental concepts, practices and techniques of management and develop the skills required to lead. You’ll learn about organisations and the business and the economic environment, as well as specific functions such as accounting, marketing and human resource management.
Diverse optional modules vary from the creative to the technical but all are relevant to the modern workplace. It’ll allow you to tailor your course to suit your own interests and career plans.
We also work closely with the CMI and you’ll have the opportunity for membership upon joining the course. You’ll have access to a range of resources as well as achieving an additional professional qualification without further study or assessment.
