Money, meaning profit, cash flow and investment, often defines business success. This course lets you develop specialist skills to be a manager and to develop an understanding of the finance behind a business. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your ability to motivate and inspire a team of people to work towards a common goal.
We aim to give you a thorough grounding in finance and business, and give you lots of opportunities to learn to apply the theory in the real world. To give you the chance to gain a better understanding of business and finance, the course covers key business topics. You’ll study financial and management accounting and business ethics – all of which will give you the chance to understand how businesses can operate in a socially responsible and ethical way. You can also choose from a range of finance modules to build your specialist skills.
We also work closely with the CMI and you’ll have the opportunity for membership upon joining the course. You’ll have access to a range of resources as well as achieving an additional professional qualification without further study or assessment.
