“I thoroughly enjoyed how practical my course was and the experience I gained in work placements during my course helped bolster my CV. My course challenged me to go out, do interviews and find stories which helped me to network and build up a useful bank of contacts leading me into my current role. In 2019 I spent 5 weeks in France covering the FIFA Women’s World Cup from start to finish – including the final, which I attended less than 12 months after graduating.”

Ameé Ruszkai graduated from Sports Journalism BA(Hons) in 2018 and is now a Social Media Producer and Football Journalist at Goal.com.
