MY SOUL, MY LIFE, MY ALL
MY SOUL, MY LIFE, MY ALL Bethany-Rose Yates
Foreword ‘My Soul, My Life, My All’ is a photobook created in Forest Gate, inspired by and titled after a line from the Isaac Watts (1707) hymn, ‘When I survey the wondrous cross’. Reflecting on the words of the hymn, the images within this book show the diversity, modernity and presence of a congregation within a parish of a backstreet 21st century Church. Showing the sanctity of the Christian faith, this narrative challenges preconceptions of what ‘Church’ is, and what it looks like today.
“Love so amazing, so divine, Demands my soul, my life, my all. Issac Watts
