Open Day Hub The Open Day Hub is where you will register and find out more about your course, finance, accommodation and student support. Registration

On arrival, please head straight to registration where staff and students will greet you. You can register from 9.30am onwards and we’ll give you a pack of useful information to get your open day started.

Our dedicated team of advisers and tutors will be on hand to talk to you about employability support, as well as placements and volunteering.

Helpzone From finding course timetables to dyslexia support, our Helpzone advisers are dedicated to making your university experience the best it can be. Advisers will be available between 10am and 3pm. Students’ Union Discover more about our 100+ sports clubs and societies, part-time employment and work experience opportunities. You can also find out about our exciting Freshers’ Fortnight.

Student ambassadors will show you around and answer any questions you have about student life. They can also help get you booked onto a tour of the campus and our off-site accommodation.

Our refectories will be open from 9am for light refreshments and lunch, serving hot food until 2pm. Please contact the nearest member of staff or student ambassador if you have an emergency need or to report any lost items.

Accommodation A variety of accommodation options will be available to view at the open day. You can book onto a tour with our student ambassadors in the Open Day Hub on each campus. Halls of residence Situated near or on-campus, halls are a great way to start your university life. Most rooms are en-suite and prices range from £123 - £197 per week (£4,920 - £7,880 per year, based on a standard 40 week contract)* all including utility bills, internet and basic contents insurance. We have fully accessible rooms too, with specialist bathroom facilities and flexible interiors to meet individual needs.

Pittville Student Village Albert Road, Cheltenham GL52 3JG (for Park & Francis Close Hall campus-based students) Opened in 2017, our student village features almost 800 rooms (many en-suite), landscaped grounds, a bar, gym, faith space and 24/7 on-site security. The village is a 15-minute walk to Cheltenham town centre, with a regular university bus service running between campuses and to Gloucester city centre. On student nights the ‘boogie bus’ runs until late and will ferry you from the club doors to campus. Blackfriars Ladybellegate St, Gloucester GL1 2HN (for Oxstalls campus-based students) Situated in the heart of Gloucester city centre, our new Blackfriars residence (in partnership with CityHeart) features over 300 rooms split across a mix of townhouses, cluster flats and studio apartments. Park campus facilities New Design Centre This new space is home to all of our design courses. The centre offers a professional space for you to develop your creative talent, using the latest software and equipment.

Features: • Advertising studios with digital whiteboards & boardroom for pitching to creative agencies • Fashion design studios with industry-standard sewing machines, cutting tables, sublimation printer and Mac computers • Graphic design studios with wet print facilities • Interior design studios with drawing boards and 3D printers • Product design workshops with computer labs, power tools, laser cutters and CNC facilities.

Computing & technology suite We’ve invested £1.5million into our computing facilities and we are now developing state-ofthe-art engineering facilities.
