John vul' iGate I have personally saw more than 1000 video of people dancing to the Song John vuligeti by Ntosh Gazi, I see videos of children, videos of girls in the black skirt, videos of nude women doing the stocko dance, it has been trending for quite sometime now the latest trend is people in other countries outside South Africa doing the Stocko dance to John vuligeti, some people are calling it the 2020 Sister Bettina, a friend of mine said some women find the song undermining, so I investigated on social media only to find more and more women calling themselves Stocko, my finding were that out of 30 women, 2 women find it undermining, and 28 women love being called Stocko, some of the women even said the women who find the song is undermining or being called Stocko is undermining, find it undermining because they know they are not istocko. On the John vuligeti topic another thing trending is the top 30 John vuligeti compilations, I was shocked on the 24th of October at the Ntombi Enhle beauty pageant when the song came on, the pageant was for virgins who looked innocent until John vuligeti played, honestly before the song played I just saw innocent virgins but the DJ had to ruin it, I stood the in shock watching virgins in their traditional virgin wear doing the Stocko dance, I don't go out that much so it was my first time hearing the song at a event wayi enza indaba Ntosh Gazi.

Message To The Youth We, the youth of today should be aware that it's an information age, meaning that with lack of information one might find him/herself watching people succeeding and wonder how they do that. It’s a pity to hear someone complaining that the government is not doing anything to improve the lives of the voters. Which is not true all, the government do what he can do to make the lives of the citizens better. The only thing that the government cannot do is to put the money in every citizen’s account or go on door-to-do basis to give people whatever they might desire. You find a lot of people blaming the government for their poverty; but when you look at it from the other way around you find out that it’s the negligence of the people, especially the youth, that make them poverty stricken.
There are a lot of initiatives being implemented by the government to make the citizens’ lives better. There are many institutions dedicated by the government to develop the lives of the citizens, especially the youth. Hereby this piece I would like to urge the youth of South Africa to seek and search for these opportunities. What is important for the youth is to stay informed about these government implemented initiatives.
Nowadays, there are even opportunities whereby the youth are allowed to attend for free at the high schools, universities and FET colleges, by means of bursaries and loans. These are National Student Financial Scheme (NSFAS) bursaries done by the government and other assistance by various organizations to accommodate those who come from below average income families.

The problem with us, the youth of today, is that we always believe in the easy ways or short cuts to success, which is definitely impossible. Other people get a very little stipend for as long as 24 months just to gain experience. Others go as far as working for even 12 months without any salary, but they persevere because they are aware that no company can be willing to hire someone with no practical experience. Even the graduates who have obtained their tertiary level qualifications should be aware that no organisation can hire someone fresh from the university to take a position of a practitioner or officer with only a theoretical knowledge or with no hands-on experience. As the youth of today we are so fortunate that we are allowed to start our own companies, cooperatives and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in order to develop and advance our lives. There are even programs such as Cooperative Incentive Schemes (CIS), whereby the government is aiming to fund and support the lives of the youth in business. All the above mentioned services were initiated by the government to advance the lives of those who would like to develop themselves. Our problem as the youth is that we are expecting the government to spoon-feed us. What lacks to the youth of today is patience and passion, which one cannot go further without.

DREAM BEYOND Every day is a non-refundable precious gift from God. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, so live everyday as if it were your last. Love as if you've never been hurt before. Dream as if you've never failed before. Live as if you're the only one in the earth. Don't wait for anyone to open doors for you, Take charge of your life! Create opportunities, chase those dreams! Don't allow problems and disappointments blind you from the beautiful parts of the life you have. Always make the most of today. Every second counts because there is no second try. What if tomorrow is too late? What if today was your last? Would you die knowing you did your best? Would you regret not showing affection to those you love or would be happy you loved them unconditionally, told them every God-given day and showered them with love in every possible way? Are you the person you want to be? No one is assured of tomorrow. Never put off what you can do today, for tomorrow. Live life to the fullest. Take care of today and live it well. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow may never come but you have this moment today. MAKE THE MOST OF IT!!! Will you live life to the fullest or will you let your list of excuses stand in the way? “ How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like a morning fog - it's here a little while, then it's gone" Use your time profitable . Do not worry about tomorrow. One day tomorrow will not dawn for you and me. A lot can happen in one day. You might never live to see the next day, sad truth. So never entertain the poison of procrastination. Live each day as if it were your last. One day you will be right! None of us are promised the next breath.

LIVE EVERYDAY AS IF IT WERE YOUR LAST! by: Pastor Arorisoe
LET'S STOP BODY SHAMING WRITTEN BY INGRID
I have always been passionate about stage from a young age of 12, I wrote fairy tales . I obtained a distinction in Acting at the University of Limpopo and 5 modelling titles just to make name a few. This year I tried to enter a pageant just to obtain a title for this year, and I scooped 1st princess though I am not the queen, I was really proud, I recalled in the past when I used to go home with nothing, it was so painful, I wish the could be pageants that could give all participants prizes even those who did not win, as some contestants cry. Pageants should empower not discourage. With this recent plus size title I am so excited and proud. I want to talk about body shaming, it is such a cruel thing. The media make girls to believe that in order to be beautiful you must be yellow bone and curvy. This is wrong perception as beauty comes in different ways. Even skinny girls have issues about their weak points, some have issues about their pimples. As women we should stop girl hate, looking down on others makes you a monster .
No one chose to be born with certain features. When we were born no one asked to be tall, short so why judge someone based on their genetics. As a person you should aim to empower others. People commit suicide due to bullying. My pastor does not we for himself alone pastor V.V Nhlongwane, he helped a lady whom after her husband passed on her husband's house, robbed her and the kids of the husband's money. The sister in-law hired a woman to claim that she was married to their brother when in real terms they never had affair. Our pastor provides for her and her children , he mentors other kids and pay for their fees. Show value by encouraging, motivating, giving instead of destroying. Thank you this is my message, LET'S STOP BODY SHAMING.

4. Then, place a lot of pressure on the G-spot. When you're turned on, insert your middle and ring finger a couple of inches inside the vagina and rub your G-spot, which feels like a small ridged area along the front of your vaginal wall, Hall says. And realize you're going to need to do it for an extended period of time. "What [you’re] pushing on is actually erectile tissue that surrounds the urethra," Dr. Castellanos explains. "As you’re stroking that, what you’re doing is you’re changing the angle of the urethra to the bladder and it’s much easier for that fluid to be expelled." To improve your odds of squirting, relax the pelvic floor muscles as you stimulate the G-spot.
5. Get some help from a toy. G spot stimulation is key here. "The G-spot is about two inches in and one inch up, inside of the vagina," Sparks says. "So, you are seeking a toy with some length and a slight upwards curve." She likes the Le Wand Bow:"This stainless steel wand is perfectly curved with ridges and a round bulb on one end and smooth and a more pointed bulb on the other end," she says. "Add in temperature play—let it sit in warm or cold water for a few minutes —for a great combination of having a full vagina from the weight of the bow, with the added stimulation on the G-spot, and the use of the tongue on the clitoris."
6. Don't stress about peeing. A lot of women feel like they’re going to pee when they’re close to reaching an O. But that gotta-go feeling is often sparked by that fluid coming from the Skene's glands behind the G-spot (aka squirting), explains Hall. And even if pee does come out, don't stress, says Vanessa Marin, a sex therapist and the creator of Finishing School. "Sex is messy and there’s a lot of fluids involved already, so even if it was urine, who cares?" (But if it'll make you feel better, you can use the restroom before you get started.)
7. Control your pelvic floor muscles Sparks says it helps to have control of your pelvic muscles. “As the sensation/pressure starts to build, it will feel like you have to pee— that’s the time to use your pelvic floor muscles,” she says. “Don't tighten them, but push out...as if you are pushing out the pee. It takes practice, but it’s doable.”
8. Don't be too hard on yourself if it doesn't pan out.
"G stop stimulation "
Above all, Dr. Castellanos says, "be compassionate with yourself if you don’t make yourself squirt."If you don't succeed the first time —or even after multiple attempts—it just means your body’s natural impulse is to keep anything from coming out of the urethra while you get busy. Just relax, enjoy the feelings, and if it happens, it happens.
