Sophomore Rheina Ale is a perfect 22-for-22 in her free throw attempts, including going 6-for-6 against Utah State. With the Dons up by just two with 1:40 remaining against the Aggies, Ale took the pressure and dissolved it, hitting two free throws to put the Green and Gold up by four. Within the final 40 seconds of the game, the native of Carson sealed the victory for San Francisco hitting four free baskets down the stretch to put the victory out of reach for Utah State. Last season, as a rookie, Ale led the Dons with a .796 average at the stripe, going 74-for-93. TOUGH ROAD AHEAD: This weekend’s tournament marks three of eight straight road contests for the Dons.
