USF To Play Five Road Games In Seven Days

San Francisco plays second game of season against San Jose State; Dons then travel to Pacific Northwest to play Portland and Oregon GAME NOTES THIS WEEK: USF plays five road games in the next seven days, beginning with a 6 p.m. game on Tuesday, April 12 against San Jose State at Municipal Stadium. The Dons then continue WCC play with a trip to Portland from April 15-17. Game one of the series is set for 3 p.m. with the second and third starting at 1 p.m. Before returning home, USF will play a 1 p.m. game at Oregon on Monday, April 18. LOOKING AHEAD: The Dons return home to play a three-game series against Bay Area rival and WCC foe Santa Clara. The first two games of the series take place at 3 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, April 21-22, with the third and final game set to begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 23. LOOKING BACK: San Francisco shut out Cal Poly 4-0 at Benedetti Diamond before opening the West Coast Conference season at home against Saint Mary’s. Saint Mary’s won game one and game three 9-4 and 6-5, with the Dons winning the second game 1-0.
