In order to address real-world problems and provide growth opportunities to professionals no matter where they are in their careers, the David Eccles School of Business offers Executive Education: graduate-level classes that can be taken individually or together within a certificate program. LEAN SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATIONS

Lean Six Sigma skills are becoming increasingly crucial in the business world; they help organizations improve processes, reduce costs, and promote efficiency without devaluing their product or pipeline. Executive Education’s Lean Six Sigma programs take training a step further by allowing you to complete a process improvement project for your organization or another before receiving your certificate. Most Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt courses result in an annual savings of 50 to 1,000 times the course tuition.

We offer Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificates both online and in person. If you are new to Lean Six Sigma, pursue your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt before continuing to the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Once you’ve completed your Lean Six Sigma certification, you’re qualified to complete our additional Lean Operations Management certificate.

Participants who complete the MBA Foundations certificate will receive a $1,500 scholarship applicable towards the tuition of any of the four MBA programs at the University of Utah if they apply and are admitted.
