My long-term goal is to pursue medical school and become a rural physician with specialties in adolescent medicine and LGBTQIA+ care. Because of your support, graduate students like me are able to continue their studies with a decreased burden of stress and we’re able to focus on academic excellence. With my scholarships, I was able to maintain a 4.0 GPA because I didn’t have to spend as much time working to afford groceries and my electric bill.

After gaining years of experience and knowledge, I would like to fulfill my goal of finding the gaps in the current nonprofit sector within Milwaukee and seeing how my nonprofit can be of benefit to the surrounding community.
