P & C is de in 2001 ingevoerde naam voor het bedrijf dat in 1938 door Mauritz en Joseph Deprez in het centrum van Roeselare boven de doopvont werd gehouden. Vanuit de vestiging in Roeselare focust onze onderneming zich sinds de jaren 60 op de productie van metalen onderdelen en tanks voor fabrikanten van vrachtwagens en off road-voertuigen. Na verschillende overnames maakt het bedrijf sinds de eeuwwisseling deel uit van P&C Holding.

Sinds 2007 beschikt P & C over een tweede productievestiging in Slovakije, om zo goed mogelijk aan de vraag van de markt te kunnen blijven voldoen.

P & C is the name of the company founded by Mauritz and Joseph Deprez in the centre of Roeselare in 1938. From the office in Roeselare this company has focused on the production and first tier supply of metal components and tanks for the manufacturers of trucks and off road vehicles since the 60s. After several take-overs the business became a part of P&C Holding at the turn of the century. Since 2007 P & C has had a second production branch in Slovakia so that it can maintain its high standards and continue to meet market demands.

P & C is a highly reputable producer of metal components and pre-assembled units which are completely ready for assembly. P & C supplies all made-to-measure components directly to customers in the international truck and off road sector. Through its strict high-quality approach, absolute delivery reliability and a unique flexibility, P & C is able to build up a large number of long-term relationships with its customers.

P & C specialiseert zich in het vervaardigen van metalen componenten uit staal en aluminium, met een dikte die varieert van 2 tot 8 millimeter. Van iedere serie produceert P & C jaarlijks tussen de 200 en 75.000 stuks. Alle onderdelen hebben een volume van maximaal 1 kubieke meter.

P & C is specialised in manufacturing metal components from steel and aluminium with a thickness that varies from 2 to 8 millimetres. Every year P & C produces between 200 and 75,000 items in each series. All the components have a maximum volume of 1 cubic metre.

Alles in eigen beheer

In-house

Alle behandelingsprocessen worden in eigen beheer uitgevoerd. Dankzij voortdurende investeringen in een gemoderniseerd machinepark kan P & C zowel lasersnijden, persen, plooien, lassen (manueel of robotlassen), riveteren als pre-assembleren. In al de investeringen beschouwt P&C flexibele automatisatie als een leidmotief. Op uw vraag kan P & C de onderdelen ook een passende oppervlaktebehandeling geven (primer, topcoat, poederlakken,…). Zodat uw maatwerk tot in de puntjes afgewerkt is.

All treatment processes are executed in-house. Due to constant investments in modernised machinery P & C is able to do laser cutting, deep drawing, press breaking, welding (manually or robot welding), riveting and pre-assembly. In all its investments P & C regards flexible automation as a leitmotiv. If you wish, P & C can also give components an appropriate surface treatment (primer, top coat, powder coating, etc.). So that all your custom made products have a perfect finish.

De hoogwaardige expertise van P & C wordt elke dag opnieuw vertaald in de productie van een uitgebreid assortiment kwalitatieve brandstoftanks en hydraulische tanks. Hiervoor beschikt P & C over een onlangs geïnstalleerde automatische tanklijn.

Deze lijn werd in huis ontwikkeld en is uniek op wereldniveau. Iedere tank beantwoordt ook op het vlak van lekdichtheid en contaminatie aan de hoogste hydraulische standaarden.

Every day the high quality expertise of P & C is translated into the production of a wide range of quality fuel tanks and hydraulic tanks. To this end P & C has a recently installed automatic tank line at its disposal. This line was developed internally and is unique in the world. Furthermore, each tank meets the highest hydraulic standards with regard to contamination.

In het streven om telkens weer de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit te kunnen garanderen, verdiept P & C zich graag in co-engineering. Door samen met uw ingenieurs productontwerpen te bestuderen voor nieuwe tanks, vindt P & C een oplossing om deze producten zo vlot mogelijk te produceren, met een niet aflatende aandacht voor kwaliteit en reinheid.

In its striving to always guarantee the highest possible quality P & C considers it important to make an in-depth study of co-engineering. By studying product designs for new tanks together with your engineers, P & C finds a way to produce these products as efficiently as possible with a constant attention to quality and purity. Because what you do together, you do better.

Unique in logistics

De beste productietactiek is een optimale logistiek. Daarom investeerde P & C de voorbije jaren aanzienlijk in de verbetering van de interne organisatie. Het SAP-informaticaplatform begeleidt naadloos het traject van ieder onderdeel doorheen het hele productieproces en garandeert dat P & C perfect de levertermijn van ieder order kan respecteren. Bovendien zorgt de communicatie via EDI ervoor dat ook alle administratieve formulieren op de best mogelijke manier worden uitgewisseld. Op die manier krijgen misverstanden geen enkele kans.

This is why over the past few years P & C has invested in improving its internal organisation. The SAP information science platform smoothly guides the course of each component through the whole production process and guarantees that P & C is perfectly able to respect the delivery time of each order. Furthermore, communication via EDI ensures that all administrative forms change hands in the best possible manner. In this way any possible misunderstandings can be avoided.

Dankzij de volhardende investeringspolitiek spreekt het machinepark van P & C de taal van de toekomst. Met de volautomatische 1000T-press, de automatische tanklijn, de invoering van SAP, een vierde lasrobot en de oprichting van de productieunit in Slovakije probeert P & C voortdurend haar concurrentiepositie te verbeteren. Zodat we ook in de komende jaren onze rol van perfecte partner kunnen blijven vertolken.

Through the persistent investment policy the P & C machinery speaks the language of the future. With the fully automated 1000T-press, the automatic tank line, the introduction of SAP, a fourth welding robot and the establishment of a production unit in Slovakia, P & C constantly strives to improve its competitive position. So that in the coming years we can continue to perform our role of a perfect partner.
