Originally from Canada and the UK with a few years along the way in Sweden, France and Spain, we're happy now to call sunny Orlando our home and to share this amazing place with our guests!
THEIR STORY Since teenagers we have both spent our entire careers in the hospitality industry, from 5-star hotels in Stockholm and Montreal to salmon fishing resorts in British Colombia to top, award-winning restaurants in England. Hosting new friends is our passion. We're sincerely pleased to welcome each of our guests and aim to provide the best possible travel experience at our luxurious vacation rentals. Whether you're visiting with family or grown-up friends, thrill seekers or show lovers, one of the local theme parks will be a perfect fit! Don’t miss Magic Kingdom with the little ones. Stop by SeaWorld for Orlando’s highest and fastest roller coaster and Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter for a truly immersive experience for any Hogwarts fan. Feeling the heat? Don’t forget Orlando has several great water parks, too!
Drive across the lake like Agent 99 in a 1950’s Amphicar or sip cocktails while you watch the sun set over the harbor surrounded by millions of dollars worth of rare watercraft at the Boathouse. Take in the breathtaking show at Cirque de Soleil or any number of free live music shows. Check out the Trendy Food Trucks, or choose from over 40 restaurants, then grab late night dessert at a unique Cupcake ATM.
Take a ride on the Orlando Eye, have an adventure at WonderWorks, tee off on mini-golf courses or soar in the skies on helicopter tours. When you've worked up an appetite, dig in at hundreds of restaurants that suit all styles and budgets, including those at Point Orlando Resort, where you can dance to live blues bands at BB Kings or smash plates at Opa Greek restaurant. And it’s all within 5 minutes of home!
Be amazed at the Kennedy Space Center and then chill on Cocoa Beach, known for its quiet setting and pristine shoreline. It’s a short drive away and the perfect day trip. Learn to surf, relax in the sunshine and enjoy fresh seafood, then explore the lively downtown Cocoa district, a historic destination whose tree-lined streets are home to a playhouse, boutiques, restaurants and Riverside Park.
From November to March you can rent a kayak at beautiful Blue Springs State Park and become a curiosity for herds of friendly manatees that will come right up to your boat to say hello. There is plenty to do, including hiking trails and eco tours. In the summer rent snorkeling gear or floats and enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal clear turquoise springs – but do go early as the park is very popular and they limit entrance.
LIN & GEOFF'S NOT JUST FOR KIDS Whether you are visiting for a convention or a fun break with friends, there is no end of unique things for big kids too - and all right on your doorstep! How about an indoor skydiving experience or an everglade trip on an airboat to see wild birds and alligators up close in their natural environment?

Just because it's not wine country, doesn't mean Orlando is lacking in the vino department. Taste our best reds and whites at nearby wineries like Quantum Leap, and Cooper's Hawk or explore the vineyards at Lakeridge Winery.
Pack your clubs! Several worldclass golf courses, including those at Shingle Creek, Grande Vista and Ritz-Carlton Golf Clubs are all within 15 minutes or less of our rentals. There's no better place to show off your swing.
Book a couple’s service at one of Orlando’s luxury spas— such as the The Woodhouse Day Spa— then enjoy a romantic dinner on Orlando’s Restaurant Row. Get closer to the one you love by escaping to our sunny city.

Yellow Dog Eats

One of our favorite places for a late lunch or early dinner. A casual, quirky, owner-run restaurant offering slow smoked BBQ, locally sourced greens and homemade pastries in a historic house setting complete with crazy paved patio with fairy lights, graffiti and the occasional neighbor’s chickens pecking around looking for scraps. Lots of atmosphere all day, and live music most evenings.

Café Tu Tu Tango

Suited for all ages, this artsy tapas spot is known for its shareable dishes, which run the gamut from tame to game (spiced alligator bites, anyone?). Check out the local art on all the walls, have a tarot reading, be sketched and watch a belly dancer shake her way between the tables – there's never a dull moment here. Noisy but fun!

Our favorite restaurant in Orlando. When you're looking to impress, be it a date or a business associate, Eddie V's is a no-brainer. Catch live jazz music while sipping a happy hour Perfect Margarita (and it is!) from 5-7pm, then enjoy perfectly prepared food and excellent service. A private room for up to 16 is available.
4 Miller's Ale House

A favorite with locals and visitors, Miller’s Ale House is the epitome of the all-American sports bar. Big, buzzy, busy and atmospheric with friendly staff, 88 big screen TVs, good food and cheap beer! Grab a seat at the bar to watch the game and make friends with locals and work your way through over 75 brews. This family friendly pub is known for its chicken tenders, baby back ribs and steaks.

Bahama Breeze

Super popular Bahama Breeze serves up Caribbean-inspired dishes in a tropical setting. It gets busy and wait times can be long but while you wait for your table, sip on a cocktail and share a plate of firecracker shrimp and Bahamian chicken wings on the deck while the steel drum band transports you to the islands. (We never get further than the deck.)
STAYING WITH US: WHAT TO EXPECT Each of our spacious Vista Cay homes has been individually furnished, and you are sure to find a style that suits you. Each property includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry and furnished patios. For the price of a cramped hotel room, you can instead revel in up to 2,100 square feet of livable luxury. Plus Geoff and Lin are on hand to share local knowledge and offer help should you need them.
Location, Location, Location Orlando is certainly a magical place. It pulls people back time and time again as, even with a 3 week holiday, there are never enough hours in the day to see and do everything. With that in mind, location is key. Luckily everything is within minutes of Vista Cay Resort! In fact we can see the fear-inducing Mako Roller Coaster just across the lake from the resort and at nights we watch the SeaWorld fireworks.

Our years of Florida experience enable us to offer local knowledge and advice, pre-arrival shopping, organizing special requirements such as rental items, scooters, cribs, and more. Exceptional Amenities Almost all our properties are newly refurbished, with sumptuous mattresses, top quality linens, high speed WiFi, free parking, free calls within N. America (incl Canada), and so much more! If you're traveling with kids then you'll be happy to know we have baby items in every property (pack n play, high chair, stroller). Most important of all: you have us on site and at your disposal any time you need us!

Without a doubt this is the best place I've stayed in. I could easily live at this spacious and stylishly appointed condo. The only difficult thing about this place was the fact you have to leave! There are also many amenities and facilities that enhance your stay, plus the condo is perfectly located to visit all the attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
The furnishings in this unit are beautiful and modern. I shared the unit with coworkers as we were in Orlando for a conference. We are all Real Estate Brokers and were all impressed with the layout, location in complex and the great furnishings. The unit is right beside the clubhouse and pool and has a great view of the lake. Sunsets every evening. The master is HUGE and there was a great game room.
Our stay at Vista Cay was simply great! Check in and check out were a total breeze and Lin was super helpful if we had any questions about the condo. The facilities in the community were wonderful as well! I really enjoyed the two mile running trail around the little lake and being able to unwind at the poolside bar after a long day was an added bonus. I highly recommend to anyone!
