Group Assessment Dates
There will be NO extensions given to students for Assessment if they wait until deadline date to test and they are unable to sit for the exam Group Assessment Dates o Wednesday, January 18, 2012 West 1:00-4:00P Location TBD o Wednesday, January 25, 2012 East 1:00-4:00P Location TBD o Wednesday, February 1, 2012 Osceola 1:00-4:00P Location TBD o Wednesday, February 8, 2012 West 1:00-4:00P Location TBD
Students will have to contact Assessment center on the campus they would like to sit for the exam to schedule an appointment East Campus – 407-582-2770 Osceola Campus – 407-582-4860 West Campus – 407-582-1101
50 seats will be available for each of the above dates If students test at their High Schools and they did not like their score and want to re-test they need to provide the Assessment office with their Name, School, Date/Month they tested
Students will call to set up an appointment, at that time we will go over the ID requirements. Assessment will follow up with an email confirmation of the appointment, a phone number of the campus they selected will be provided for questions and cancellations. On the day of testing: In order to be admitted to test, students MUST: 1. Bring a copy of the e-mail 2. Bring a government-issued picture ID. Only the following forms of ID are accepted (high school IDs are not acceptable forms of ID):

A current driver’s license or state ID card A Valencia ID A current Passport A current federal ID card (such as a Green Card)
A tribal ID card A naturalization card or certificate of citizenship
Students taking CPT for Ability to Benefit (ATB) purposes are now required to take the CPT that is specifically designed by the federal government ATB students will need to notify Assessment Center staff that they need to take CPT for ATB
Assessment Services will continue to offer walk-in appointments for those who do not sign up for group assessment dates.
