- Review department budgets - Review department goals - Review and align college-wide and departmental goals in preparation for setting individual goals.
March April May
June END/ BEGINNING OF CYCLE

May – June - Review established individual goals - Discuss and set new individual goals and collaboratively set individual objectives This can be done in the same meeting, if desired. All PDP plans should be completed and submitted to Human Resources no later than June 30.
August September October November MID-YEAR CHECK IN
December
November – January - Review the status of completion of established objectives The Performance Improvement Planner (PIP) may be used if established goals and objectives are not being met. However, the PIP may be used earlier in the year, as needed.
