Autumn Lunch Welcome to Restaurant Martinus, one of the three culinary concepts in Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven and, for many years now, one of the hotspots in the region for a business appointment or a quick lunch. At this time of the year the hunting season will start again so it might be wise to take some more time for your midday meal. Enjoying this colorful season with a nice glass of red Burgundy wine from Bouchard Père & Fils. All our wines can be ordered by glass and we offer an extensive range of beautiful quality wines, all carefully matched to the dishes by our head chef Pepijn de Wit. In our continuous quest for fine traditional and local products, we have now added the Country Store ‘’Spierings’’ to our list of suppliers. Farmer Spierings is known for his homemade cheeses and meat from his fire red cattle. With this fresh meat we make our traditional croquettes.

“At this time of year, you will find a number of delicious VENISON dishes on our menu” New on the lunch menu are our Chef’s favourite dishes. In the fall, you will find obviously some venison dishes there. For example the Veal Cheek with traditional bread and veal sauce flavored with truffle, which is an excellent match with that glass of red wine described earlier. If you would like to enjoy even more of what our restaurant has to offer, please ask for the dinner menu. Or simply come back for another autumn lunch... But above all, enjoy your meal! ‘Beter leven’ (Better life) quality mark Restaurant Martinus works with veal and pork meat that meets the ‘1 star beter leven quality mark’ of the Dutch animal protection society (Dierenbescherming.nl). Restaurant Martinus is also a partner of van ‘Vis & Seizoen’ (Fish and Season) working together for sustainable fishing.
