Fit for Her, Owasso’s premier fitness center designed entirely from a lady’s point of view, now offers three totally different boot camps for women. Twisted Sister Boot Camp energizes you for the day and takes place from 5:30 to 6:15 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday. Team taught by certified personal trainers Melinda Young and Lara Myers, the four-week boot camp merges two unique styles to form a fun, fast-moving and effective workout. “We do more than exercise,” says Lara. “We teach the ladies about their bodies while training.
