Ed Yes, I think so. He’s really tall; he is as tall as you, isn’t he? He looks very friendly, indeed.

David Oh no, he hasn’t! It’s a birthmark. Wait, I’ll fetch him.

Voix off Some minutes later, the three boys are talking together.

David Spencer, here is my friend, Ed.

Spencer Hi, what’s up?

Ed What’s up, Spencer. I hope you will enjoy being in our school.

Spencer I hope so. Can you tell me about it? What are the customs here?

Spencer Yes, you’re right. It’s the best thing to do.

Hi, you’re a new student at our school and we want to tell you a bit about it. We hope that you will soon feel at home here with all of us.

Organisation of the school

Students wear a uniform. School starts every day at 8.15 and finishes at 16.30. We have a short break in the morning and another one in the afternoon. Lunch break lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

A school where you can learn and feel comfortable Mrs. O'Neill is our principal: if you have a problem, tell her about it. Nobody can find a quicker solution than her. Lunch break

Duringlunchbreaktherearemanyopportunities to get away from the schoolwork in the sports hall: you can play football on Monday, basketball on Tuesday, badminton on Thursday and table football on Friday. Do you find it better just to relax? Here are some more interesting suggestions for you: every day you can go and read or play board games in the library or do some yoga and relaxation in the fitness room. Choose the activities you prefer and don’t forget “doing nothing” is not a good option: there is nothing worse than being bored!
