Les Sloan took care of this month and aren't we lucky he knew the Ellesmere District so well? He had to reroute his original plans four times after the recent rain with roads blocked and so on. The weather Gods made up for last month's miserable day and gave us a nice sunny day and Les found a place to visit I never thought I would see. Paul French, the destination! Paul is a collector of "everything" and what a great place to visit. Every man enjoyed it and envied Paul and a lot of the women thanked the Lord that they didn't have a shed that big! Thank you very much Paul for a great visit. We had lunch in the sun at Osbourne Park, Doyleston A good raffle and a good outing. Thank you, Les. SATURDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2021 Clubrooms, Cutler Park. The dinner is held annually to present branch members 25, 35, 50 and 60-year membership awards. Tickets ($35 single) will be available from branch committee members and at the bar at Noggins from August. Come along and support your fellow members on their special night.
