ONE STEP AHEAD Technologies have changed the quality and dynamics of our lives. Computers are now in our hands, with even bigger screens, giving us access to a huge variety of content coming through new types of media. The role of technologies in creating and presenting content today is of growing importance. In Bulgaria, the pioneer and main channel of hightech innovations in the media world is bTV Media Group. Technologies help us achieve efficient synergy between our content, audiences and advertisers on all our platforms — television, internet and radio. We have made Bulgaria's top choice news content even more easily accessible and understandable for the wide audience through our brand new integrated studio, where we utilize ultramodern solutions for the first time on the local market. Eleven video walls of various sizes totaling 450 sq. m. seven of which in 4K resolution bring Bulgaria and the world closer to bTV's millions of viewers, while the augmented reality technology, which was first introduced by us on the Bulgarian media market, has now been upgraded to include the latest functionalities available on the international market. The new studio also features four new cameras with 4K sensors, a unique technology in the country, as well as latest-generation energy-saving LED lighting.

We serve efficiently both the premium and programmatic campaigns for display and video advertising through Google Ad Manager 360°. We have implemented a Data Management Platform (DMP), allowing us to offer the service currently enjoying the highest demand — segmented audiences buying. A new video app for mobile devices and tablets supplements bTV Media Group's online product portfolio in 2019 expanding viewer and advertiser access to high quality content. For the past year, bTV Radio Group has also enjoyed undisputed development. Its team has been improving the technical provision of the channels, while the content and advertising synergy between the radio stations and the rest of the media group's platforms has been improving day by day. bTV Media Group is an undisputed leader in creating the highest quality video content that users can access in Bulgaria's digital universe. To further build on our offering, available as part of the portfolio of websites, such as btvplus.bg, btv.bg, ladyzone.bg and bistro.bg, we have launched our latest project — a video app for mobile devices and tablets. bTV's video app will give users and advertisers access to all their favorite series, shows and entertainment formats in a convenient mobile

form. On top of VOD, users will also be able to watch the livestream of bTV's main program and easily and quickly access videos and short summaries of the most important, most interesting or funniest moments of their favorite shows. The bTV app will further expand the list of possible ways to follow the content produced by Bulgaria's most watched TV channel.

RADIO TECHNICAL COVERAGE

For the past year and a half, bTV Radio Group has been working actively on improving the coverage and technical provision of its radio stations. Radio N-JOY's national coverage includes multiple new frequencies, now airing also in Primorsko and Obzor. The station will soon be available in the towns of Ihtiman, Troyan and Yablanitza. The coverage of one of Bulgaria's leading music and information radio stations, bTV Radio, has also been expanded by adding a new frequency — the station is already available in the city of Rousse as well. The team has also achieved substantial improvement in its content and advertising synergy between the radio group, the leading TV channel bTV and the rest of bTV Media Group's platforms. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY bTV Media Group's corporate social responsibility, aimed at initiating and supporting publicly significant causes and events, is a natural addition to the group's main operations. The top-notch professionalism of the team when it comes to organizing, maintaining and communicating our CSR projects, and the excellent results and huge public response to the campaigns, have made bTV Media Group a preferred partner for the companies, which recognize their

corporate values in the media's initiatives. Every year, all sorts of useful and constructive initiatives related to the rights of children, education, health, environment protection, people in risk situations and many more, receive free opportunity to be communicated through bTV's channels. The television's faces, who have a strong impact on viewers and are ambassadors of the good examples around us,

are personally engaged in the campaigns benefiting society. The media's social responsibility policy is also reflected in its programming and news content. bTV Media Group has repeatedly proved its power to unite hundreds of thousands of volunteers for the sake of good causes. The landmark campaign “Let's Clean Bulgaria Together� attracted a record number of volunteers, over 400,000, in 2018. This fall, bTV's initiative

will take place for the ninth time on 14th September, expanding its scope to inspire even more volunteers from the ranks of the citizens, the business, the public administration and the NGO sector, to become a role model for all. In 2019, the global World Cleanup Day initiative will start from Bulgaria, continuing bTV's partnership and joint work with the international organization Let's Do It World.

360° LIVESTREAM BRAND INTEGRATION IN THE FINALE OF THE FARM: UNIFICATION

The last episode of The Farm gathered a record number of viewers online at fermata.btv.bg, where fans could watch it through a 360-degree camera. Nearly 80,000 unique users saw the final battles in an innovative way for this format. 67% of the fans watched the duels between the four finalists on their mobile devices. The average viewing time was 8:59 minutes. Nova Brasilia, in corporation with media agency HAVAS, was the brand that trusted bTV Media Group for effective 360 ° VR Livestream advertising positioning in The Farm finale. For the realization of this project, the media again partnered with 5th Degree Studio, which provided the technological implementation. During the live broadcast, the announcements of the hosts were forwarded to the website of the reality show, where viewers enjoyed the unique technological experience that "brought" them directly to the set of the show, live. After the live announcements online viewership reached new peaks. The short, alternative branded animations of Nova Brasilia, which appeared on the screens of Livestream viewers, were combined with interactive cut-in forms. One of the most interesting benefits of the 360° VR Stream is that viewers can enjoy not only

a unique viewing angle, but also what's happening on the set during ads. It was in this most curious moment that viewers were directed to Goran's grandmother, sitting in the audience, who is a key character in Nova Brasilia's communication strategy through 3D advertising forms. After the viewers were directed to turn the camera toward her, screens showed a spinning cup with the words Nova Brasilia on it, along with various interactive texts in the form of cut-ins: "This is Goran's grandmother. And now is the perfect time to call yours", and "Goran took his grandmother to The Farm, you can take yours for a 100% coffee." To promote the interactive finale, bTV Media Group also created a fun promotional video in which Goran shows his grandmother how she can watch the finale on a phone, a tablet, and even with VR glasses. The message — through 360° VR Live Stream, every viewer can enjoy the finale of The Farm in a new, easy, exciting and personalized way. PHILIPS & THE FARM

COMMUNICATION: Even while in the Farm, participants have to take care of their looks. Philips and its OneBlade beard styling trimmer are there to help. In several episodes of the show, synchronized by the client with the active period of the brand's communication, we showed part of the men's morning ritual, where they used Philips OneBlade to trim their beards, moustache and hair. The media's multi-channel approach and the availability of the content on the group's websites btvplus.bg and voyo.bg helped the content reach an even wider audience. DILMANO DILBERO & THE FARM

COMMUNICATION: The activation corresponded to one of the main ideas of the show — that our life is a trip and no matter how much we travel, we remain Bulgarians — strong, loving all Bulgarian, with an accent on the client's local production of high quality and tasty traditional products. The client's presence was implemented through a visit by a consultant to special challenges involving food preservation. As an award for their good job, in the end of the week the interesting participants in the format got a basket from the Farm's owners full of carefully arranged products made by Dilmano Dilbero. In other episodes of the format, a sponsorship tag and a logo of the client were shown in the final captions. The logo was shown on the background of an audio motive from the song "Dilmano Dilbero" and video overlay. The episodes featuring Dilmano Dilbero were also available on btvplus.bg and voyo.bg, thus extending the duration of the client's communication and bringing the content to an even wider audience.

DELIKATES ZHITNITSA & FOOD HUNTERS

COMMUNICATION: While travelling around the fertile lands of Thrace, in one of the show's episodes the "food hunters" visited the village of Zhitnitsa and found out why the region is popular for its sausages and authentic catholic recipes. In the village, they met Pancho — the technologist of the Delikates Zhitnitsa, they visited the client's corporate store and talked to other interesting characters living in the village. In line with traditions, Sabin went on a hunt for some interesting spices and ingredients. Chef Tokev joined the culinary experiments by discovering the differences between the Makedonska (Macedonian) and the Rodopska (Rhodope) sausage. In the end, the tastes of Zhitnitza came together on a rich table arranged using the Delikates Zhitnitza brand products.

The episodes where the Delikates Zhitnitsa brand was positioned were also available on btvplus.bg and voyo.bg. COMMUNICATION: In the latest season of Food Hunters, for the first time ever Chef Andre Tokev and his assistant Sabin went beyond Bulgaria's border to visit three foreign destinations – Macedonia, Turkey, and Greece. As part of their trips, we were able to successfully implement several of SDI's services – Motor third party liability insurance, medical insurance, and the SDI Travel services. Through their jokes, an inevitable part of the show's style, Sabin and Andre were able to demonstrate some of the service available for SDI's clients. VILLA YAMBOL & FOOD HUNTERS

COMMUNICATION: The wine making traditions of Thracian people took chef Andre Tokev and his assistant Sabin Rankov to Yambol, where people continue to raise vines and produce wine to this day. Villa Yambol, one of the oldest wineries in South Bulgaria, welcomed the "hunters", where together Krasimir Avramov, host and CEO of the wine cellar, they joined one of the most important moments in each wine cellar — grape picking. The hosts showed Chef Andre Tokev their vines of selected red and white grapes, including Cabernet Franc and Merlot, Petit Verdot, of which the cellar produces a new class of high quality wines. While Krasi and Andre joined the grape picking and cooked a meal that went well with a suitable wine, Chef Tokev's curious assistant, Sabin, met the oldest barrel maker in Bulgaria — bai Valcho, who told him more about the subtleties of barrel making and renovation. After visiting Villa Yambol, we took wine making traditions to Greece and Macedonia, where Chef Andre Tokev and Sabin presented the hosts with wine from Villa Yambol that went well with the meals on the table. COMMUNICATION: Alexander Kadiev, the captivating host of "Predi Obed" (Before Noon), was chosen as the face of Kaufland Bulgaria for the opening of the company's first free electric vehicles charging station in the city of Plovdiv. His involvement was an original highlight of the retail chain's responsible attitude towards the environment and their efforts to secure a convenient and hassle-free shopping for their clients. ACTIVITIES: To mark the opening of Kaufland's new electricity charging station in Plovdiv, the retailer's clients were offered free transport to their homes using one of the company's electric vehicles and a special driver — Alexander Kadiev.
