Le nuove sorgenti di saldatura laser SL GO e SL PLUS di SISMA assicurano perfetta stabilità ottica, grande affidabilità e ripetibilità di saldatura anche con alti volumi produttivi. Grazie al sistema di raffreddamento potenziato l’operatività è garantita anche in condizioni ostili. Il modello PLUS integra l’innovativo Cruise Control (brevettato) che elettronicamente misura l’effettiva potenza in fibra e la mantiene costante nel tempo. La nuova macchina figaro per gourmetta e forzatina F2/ UL (L in versione laser), con range filo fino a 0,80 mm, va ad arricchire la gamma SISMA. Il pannello touchscreen è al centro del controllo della macchina: senza interventi meccanici è possibile cambiare in tempo reale la configurazione della macchina e del prodotto catena desiderato, passando da gourmetta destra/sinistra a gourmetta normale o forzatina con sequenza alternata degli anelli lunghi e corti, anche a macchina in funzione. Il concatenamento della forzatina non necessita del piatto raccogli catena. Nella versione F2/UL la saldatura degli anelli avviene in macchina grazie all’abbinata con una sorgente laser SL PLUS 50. The new SISMA laser welding sources SL GO and SL PLUS ensure perfect optical stability, great reliability, and welding repeatability even with high production volumes. Thanks to the enhanced cooling system, operation is guaranteed even in hostile conditions. The PLUS model integrates the innovative Cruise Control (patented), which electronically measures the actual fiber power and keeps it constant over time. The new figaro machine for curb chain and cable chain F2/ UL (L in laser version), with a wire range up to 0.80 mm, enriches the range of SISMA. The touch screen panel is now at the center of the machine’s control: without mechanical interventions it is possible to change the configuration of the machine and of the desired chain product in real time, switching from right/left curb chain to normal or cable chain with alternating sequence of long and short rings, even when the machine is running. The concatenation of the cable chain does not require the chain collecting plate. In the F2/UL version, the welding of the rings takes place in the machine thanks to the combination with laser source SL PLUS 50.
