Kreativebooking.com is a one-stop-travel-shop that offers the broadest selection of travel products and services like bookings for hotels, flights, metro's, activities etc. VBC was responsible for defining their entire brand strategy, corporate identity, web and mobile application.
With a plethora of online travel booking websites/ applications available, this design should hold onto the attention of the user and should become the primary choice for bookings.
Solution
The project started with creating the web version of the applicant where in we had proposed a real-time mapping integration on searching that would make the experience more relevant and user friendly. The main challenge in the UI/UX was that the site had to stand out in the crowd. We managed to create an experience on one page without a single refresh. This was not only unique but also a very interesting UI. This allowed the user to search - shortlist - book and make payment on a single screen without having to scroll or move to the next page.
UI UX WEBSITE MOBILE
This is an iPad application which is all-in-one management tool with the ability to type or write notes, draw or write on photos or a pre-templates images for Practitioners. It can be termed as a complete solution for a consultant to manage their entire practice. The application will enable in creating and maintaining client records, medical records, manage appointments, generate reports. and customise Consent to Treatment form. The application will support single therapist as well as multi-therapist clinic setups. This application will allow the therapist(s) to maintain records of each client and view them at anytime before or during the next appointment.
Challenge
This was an application that already existed, so the challenge was to improve the experience at the same time add a lot of new features. We had to keep in mind that there were users of the application and new UI/UX had to make their life simpler and the application needed to be so intuitive that there was a minimum learning curve for the existing users. One of the biggest challenge was the large amount of data that the application captured.
Solution
We started out limiting the screens the individual would interact with to reduce the learning curve. We created dashboards for every client which would be one screen that would provide all the information about the client from his medical history to last appointment recommendations to the fees collected from him. We created an interface that allowed the practitioner to quickly flip through the background and the recommendations by just a swipe of a finger. The complete experience was handled in 10 interface that covered the vast scope of the project. The Team of Clinic Jot were overwhelmed to see the ease with which the user could find the information they needed and the fresh and interesting use of colours made the application and excellent product to take to the market.
The nXt1onme application allows users to buy a drink or meal for anyone who uses this application and for any occasion, through credit gift vouchers. User should be able to select a friend either from application contacts or contacts categorised under phone contacts book, Facebook contacts or Google+ contacts to send the offer. At any point of time, anyone using the application should be able to send a credit voucher to his/her friend. In order to send a credit voucher to the friend, the sender should be able to select a denomination to be sent as a credit voucher. Credit vouchers are simply a credit amount which can be redeemed against any purchase at any of the places registered with the application. The receiver should be able to redeem this credit voucher at the place and get a drink or meal as per his/her choice.
Challenge
The client had a very vague idea about this application. His brief was'It should allow a user to buy a drink or a meal through credit gift vouchers'.
Solution
It started off with brainstorming of what the application should be about, who would be the users, what would be the process flow etc. This was not just a design project but a project which allowed us to decide the features and the business logic so that the application made sense to a larger audience. We had to make the application look like a place to celebrate or be happy hence we proposed the bright party theme for the application. This was well appreciated by the client and the application should go live soon.
TGL is an iOS app which allows users to search restaurants, view restaurant info like operational hours, cuisine, contact numbers, rating the experience, view special offers, book a table, etc. It can be used as a socialising tool as well, where friends can connect to each other, follow their favorite restaurants, check in, news feed. The user earns points for each action done in the application which can be then redeemed to buy merchandise. User can also give direct feedback to the restaurant which can help the restaurant owners to improvise on their services and attract more customers.
Challenge Solution
Our biggest challenge was that the Client did not have a clear roadmap for his idea with respect to the concept & the features to be offered. The features kept getting added in every brainstorming session making the task more challenging. This obviously took us through a lot of iterations before we could freeze on the wireframes and move to the visual designs.
VBC was involved in defining the business flow, suggesting features that could make the application more interning and easy for the end user like:
Add to favorites: Helping the user to archive all the restaurants he/she would like to visit, so that would not have to remember the restaurants.
Reviews: Allowing the users to interact with the application by sharing their experience at the same time view reviews given by their friends. This feature not only benefitted the prospective clients of the restaurants but also the restaurants owners who could track the things they need to improve on to retain repeat customers.
Design: In the absence of clear brand guidelines VBC had to define the identity and the visual strategy for the client. The only requirement provided by the client was that he wanted a green color to be used. VBC created clean and visually appealing UI's that the client was delighted to see.
