ABOUT US Magnify Him Online Magazine is a new and exciting magazine design to bring you more than just information but to enhance your spiritual walk with the Lord. This magazine is geared toward helping to expand the spiritual enrichment of the readers and to enhance ministries by featuring Preachers & Ministries that are impacting the world. We further want to introduce new recording artist as well as feature new authors in each edition. Mr. Vernon Spears along with Dr. Barbara Thomas have collaborated on this venture to bring to the Christian world a more fresh, exciting & inspiring magazine. With today’s technology we have embarked on a path to bring to life the vision of many through 3D graphics, video enhancement and news articles that will surely cause it to come to pass!
MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to bring the Christian experience to a greater dimension by using today’s technology to enhance those in the gospel area through our expertise of our knowledge through a online magazine.

DEFINITIONS “Ad” means any advertisement provided by Advertiser. “Ad Contract” means electronic signature document containing exact data specifying terms of advertisement purchased by advertiser (e.g., exact content of ad, dimensions of ad, and cost). “Advertiser” means the advertiser who purchases advertisement. “Advertiser Properties” means websites specified in ads, links, video, graphics, logos, etc. that are owned, operated, or controlled by said Advertiser, but on which Media Company has the right to administrate within Ads as constituted under contract with said advertiser. “Content” means the inventory delivered by Advertiser (e.g., video, copy, photographs, links and other desired actions). “Media Company” means the publisher Online Magazine)

“Media Company Properties” means websites, graphics, or links specified that are owned, operated, or controlled by Media Company. “Policies” means advertising criteria or specifications made conspicuously available, including content limitations, technical specifications, privacy policies, user experience policies, policies regarding consistency with Media Company's public image, community standards regarding obscenity or indecency (taking into consideration the portion(s) of the Site on which the Ads are to appear), other editorial or advertising policies, and Advertising Materials due dates. “Representative” means, as it refers to any pastor/overseer, director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent representative of an advertiser. “Site” Or “Sites” means Media Company Web presence and online Network Properties. “Terms” means these Standard Terms and Conditions for Internet Advertising. “Third Party Advertiser” means a Third Party who is named, referred to, imaged, or appears in any manner within an ad but is not the Advertiser. 5
I. INVENTORY AVAILABILTY A. Media Company will make every effort to place ads within space specified within the Ad Contract. If availability is not found, Media Company will contact the Advertiser within two (2) business days of realization.
II. REVISIONS A.
Revisions to any aspect of an accepted Advertiser Contract will be made in writing and acknowledged by the other party in writing.
III. AD PLACEMENT AND POSITIONING A. Placement. In compliance with the Advertisers Contract, Media Company will place Ad according to specified agreement, including all Ad placement restrictions. Any exceptions will be approved by Advertiser in writing. B. Technical Specifications. Media Company will submit or otherwise make electronically accessible to Advertiser final technical specifications within 5 (5) business days of the upcoming issue release. C. Advertiser Changes. Changes to Advertiser Contracted specifications must be submitted to Media Company no later than one (1) business day following general close of advertisement sales for specified issue. Changes must be approved by Media company. If Media Company cannot accept requested changes and both parties are unable to negotiate for original specifications or comparable replacement in good faith within five (5) business days, Media Company reserves the right to cancel the Advertisers Contract with no penalty to either party and a full refund will be made to the Advertiser within five (5) business days following the cancellation of said contract.

IV. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT LIABILITY A. Invoices. The initial invoice will be sent by Media Company upon completion of the Advertisers Contract agreement. Invoices will be sent via email in a downloadable/print ready format. B. Payment in full is due upon receipt at that time until the last day of the advertisement cycle (deadline date for ad submissions) All deadline dates will be clearly posted on the invoice. Any invoice not paid on or before this date will result in cancellation of the Advertisers Contract. If the closing date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the closing day shall be the working day immediately preceding the scheduled closing date. C. All payments must be submitted via Media Company’s PayPal Site by using a debit/credit card or other PayPal approved methods. Alternative payment arrangements (check/money order) may be accepted but must be preapproved by the Finance Manager. All pre-approved arrangements must meet the specified deadline as posted on the invoice unless otherwise prearranged and approved by the Finance Manager. D. Long Term Contracts. Ads to run more than one (1) issue will be invoiced per issue cycle. Payments are due on or before the deadline of each issue cycle. Invoices reflecting Payment in full for a complete long term Advertisement Contract will be provided upon request from the Advertiser.

V. MAGNIFY HIM ONLINE MAGAZINE, INC. CONTRACT A. Rates published herein are effective with the issue date of November 2014 – December 2014. B.
Advertisements that in the judgment of the publisher create the illusion that they are Magnify Him Online Magazine editorial matter are not accepted. The word “advertisement” shall be printed at the top of all advertisements that either carry no signature or resemble editorial material.

MHOM reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time. The advertiser represents that it not only has the right to authorize the publication in MHOM of any advertisement it has submitted to MHOM, but that it is fully authorized and licensed/otherwise permitted to use (I) the names and/or the portraits or pictures of persons, living or dead, or of things, (II) any trademarks, service marks, copyrighted, proprietary or otherwise private material, and (III) any testimonials contained in any advertisement submitted by or on behalf of the advertiser; and the advertiser agrees to indemnify and save harmless Magnify Him Media Co., publisher of MHOM, against all loss, liability, damage, and expense of whatsoever nature arising out of copying, printing, or publishing of such advertisement.
D. The publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatever for any failure to publish or circulate all or any part of any issue or issues because of work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God, or any other circumstance not within the control of the publisher. In consideration of the publisher’s reviewing for acceptance, or acceptance of, any advertising for publication, the advertiser agrees not to make any promotional or merchandising reference to MHOM in any way except with the express permission of the publisher for each such use. E.
Magnify Him Online Magazine is a legal incorporated business. All contracts with MHOM are legal binding contracts, uphold able in Courts of Law, United States of America.
