Some of these terms may seem confusing or completely new to you. So let’s do some necessary explanations to better understand the following calculations.

WHAT IS PERSONAL VOLUME

WHAT IS ORGANIZATION VOLUME

Siberian Health operates in 25 countries with different currencies. And so we have some kind of universal unit to measure the size of anyone’s business and uniformly calculate earnings regardless of the country (or countries) where he/ she operates.

All the purchases that you make personally or those which were made by your Customers upon your recommendations count towards your Personal Volume. This is a part of your business, which you get the highest possible commission on.

Every purchase made by your Consultants counts towards your Organization Volume. You are paid less commission for this part of your business, however you are much less involved in it, and contrary to Personal Volume it has an unlimited growth potential. Added together your Personal and Organization Volumes give you the Total Volume of your business.

That’s why we have points. Roughly 1 point equals $1.10 of the retail price (excl. taxes).

WHAT IF MY CONSULTANT(S) IS/ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO A COMMISSION?

To convert your points into a commissionable amount in US dollars just divide your points by two and then calculate your earnings percentage from the amount you arrived at.

In the case where the business of one or more of your Consultants grows big enough to reach a commissionable level, his/her commission percentage is deducted from your commission. That’s why we advise you to overtake your Consultants by two or even three Ranks in order to attain a high commission percentage. So try to have five equally strong and evenly growing Consultants in your first line from the very start.

EARNINGS BASICS

BELOW ARE SOME SCENARIOS BASED ON MEAN VALUES, WHICH HELP YOU TO APPROXIMATELY CALCULATE YOUR FUTURE INCOME DEPENDING ON THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

THESE EXAMPLES BELOW WILL ALLOW YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING EARNING BASICS:

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS BY INVITING YOUR CONSULTANTS TO ACTIVELY SELL AND BUILD A SALES STRUCTURE YOU ARE ENCOURAGING THEM TO LOOK FOR AND TRAIN NEW CONSULTANTS. AS YOUR SALES STRUCTURE REVENUE INCREASES YOU RAISE YOUR OWN STATUS AND YOUR BONUSES INCREASE. FOR YOUR ENTIRE STRUCTURE, DEPENDING ON SALES, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO UP TO 37% OF THE СOMISSIONABLE VOLUME. HOWEVER ON AVERAGE YOU WILL RECEIVE 10-12% DEPENDING ON YOUR SALES STRUCTURE. THE GREATER THE NUMBER OF EFFECTIVE CONSULTANTS IN YOUR FIRST LINE (WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU GET AT LEAST FOUR OR FIVE OF THEM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING), THE MORE RELIABLE AND PROFITABLE YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE IN THE FUTURE.

The principle of deducting and calculating your commission percentages in the case where your Consultants are also entitled to some commissions.

3 The Personal Volume rule: you always get the highest possible commission on your Personal Volume which always equals your current Rank’s commission percentage (i.e., nothing is deducted from it).

We encourage every Consultant to make 500 points of Personal Volume each month in order to get all possible bonuses. That’s why in all the examples below we suggest that all Consultants comply with this rule. As we have said before, 500 points equals $550 in retail prices (excl. taxes). Thus a 25% refund equals $137.50. And accordingly we will add this sum to all the calculations below.

Each month is a new story. Regardless of your previous Rank(s), each month you start from scratch and earn exactly those commission percentages which the structure and amount of your business by the end of this very month afford you.

AT THIS POINT YOU WILL ALSO START EARNING FROM THE SALES OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL(S) IN THE AMOUNT OF 7% OF HIS/HER TOTAL VOLUME(S).

Plus you are awarded with a one-time

$1,000

LEADER BONUS for each new qualified Professional signed-up directly under you (in case you meet all the Leader’s qualifying requirements yourself). This bonus is also paid to higher Rank Leaders – Senior and National Leaders.

By reaching the Rank of Professional you receive the highest possible commission percentage – 37%. And if anyone in your Organization reaches 20,000 points of Total Volume, you will get no commission on this part of your business. 37% - 37% = 0.

TO AVOID SUCH A SITUATION YOU MUST THINK ABOUT ENTERING PHASE II OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN BY ACHIEVING THE RANK OF LEADER.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I HAVE A PROFESSIONAL GROUP BUT THE TOTAL VOLUME OF MY GROUP FALLS BELOW 20,000 POINTS?

In this case you lose the Rank of Leader and will not get the Leader’s 7% commission on the sales of your Professional group(s). However if the rest of your Total Volume exceeds 5,000 points you will be entitled to a 1% commission, and in case it reaches 10,000 points and more – you will get a 3% commission. Accordingly, if there’s a Leader above you, he/she will get a 7% commission on all your volume except your Professional group(s) but only a 6% commission (7% - 1% = 6%) on sales of your Professionals in the first case, or a 4% commission (7% - 3% = 4%) – in the second case. A Senior Leader in these cases receives 7% and 5% , and a National Leader gets 8% and 6% respectively, not counting their additional commissions (see the commission percentages of Senior and National Leaders below and the Senior Leader`s example on page 19).

? HOW CAN I EARN IF SOMEONE IN MY ORGANIZATION ACHIEVES THE RANK OF LEADER? When any of your Professionals becomes a Leader, it means that he/she has at least one Professional group and several lesser groups totalling to 20,000 points or more of so-called Non-qualified Volume.

You also earn 8% of the Total Volume of all your Professionals signedup directly under you (except the cases described on page 15), and if anyone of them has one or more Professionals in his/her Organization (but has not yet reached the Rank of Leader) you will additionally earn another 1% of the Total Volume of these downline Professionals (see the example #2 on page 19). Note: starting from the Rank of Senior Leader you get an additional commission compared to the Consultants at the Rank of Leader (or lower). A Leader receives only one type of commission on Professional groups (7%), while a Senior Leader gets the same (though bigger - 8%) plus another 1% on the Total Volume of their downline Professionals (if any exist).

WHAT WILL I EARN IF SOMEONE IN MY ORGANIZATION ACHIEVES THE RANK OF SENIOR LEADER?

If you are still a Senior Leader, you will earn the same 8% commission on the Nonqualified Volume (NQV) of your Consultant in the Rank of Senior Leader, and as regards your 1% commission, you will earn it only on the volumes of his/her first-line Professional groups, while yielding nothing from the rest of his/her Organization. In other words, you will receive 8% on the Total Volume of your first-line Professional (i.e., your Senior Leader in this case) and a 1% commission on the Total Volume of your second-line Professional (i.e., his/her firstline Professional)

? The first-line Professional group means a Total Volume of a Professional or higher signed up directly under a Professional, Leader, Senior or a National Leader without the volumes of all other Professionals or higher that exist in his/her Organization (see the example on page 19). In case there are no other Professionals in this group, then its entire volume is considered as a first-line Professional group.

In this example you have a Consultant in the Rank of Senior Leader and accordingly you are entitled to an 8% commission on his/her Non-qualified Volume (or your first-line Professional group) and a 1% commission on the sales of his/her first-line Professionals (your second-line Professional group accordingly). This Senior Leader has 3 Professional groups with different structures: •

Professional #1 has already reached the Rank of Leader and has two professionals – one under another. These are your third-line and fourth-line Professionals respectively. So you get your 1% commission only on the TotalVolume of this Leader without the volumes of his/herProfessionals. Note that Leaders are also counted as Professional groups when calculating commissions of Senior and National Leaders. Professionals #2 and #3 don’t have any Consultants with Total Volumes of 20,000 points or higher. Consequently, all these Organizations are regarded as your second-line Professional groups and you will receive a 1% commission on all this volume.

However as soon as you qualify for National Leader, you are entitled to an additional commission percentage. And in this very example you will receive 9% on the Non-qualified Volume of your Senior Leader, 2% - on the Total Volume of all second-line Professionals and 1% - on the Total Volume of all thirdline, fourth-line Professionals and all other downlines (provided there isn’t any Consultant in the Rank of National Leader there).

The last example shows Senior Leader’s commissions in the case where one or more of his/her Professionals, signed-up directly under him/ her, develops another Professional and has a Non-qualified Volume of 5,000 points or more (as described on page 15). In the case shown on the graph, you will receive an 8% commission on the Total Volume of your first-line Professional, 7% - on the Total Volume of your second-line Professional (who are entitled to a 1% commission in this case) and 5% on the Total Volume of your third-line Professional (who are entitled to a 3% commission). Additionally this Senior Leader will earn another 1% on the Total Volumes of the second-line and all other downline Professionals.

TO CONTINUE EARNING FROM THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION OF YOUR SENIOR LEADER YOU SHOULD TRY TO REACH THE RANK OF NATIONAL LEADER BEFORE HE/SHE REACHES THIS RANK.

? HOW MUCH WILL I EARN IN ADDITION TO MY NATIONAL LEADER’S MERCEDES-BENZ? By reaching one of the most desired Ranks in Siberian Health – the Rank of NATIONAL LEADER – you are not only entitled to have your own luxurious Mercedes-Benz, but you also get an extra commission percentage. From now on you will earn a 9% commission on all your firstline Professional groups and a 2% commission on your second-line, thirdline and all other downline Professional groups. In case you have Senior Leader(s), you will earn the same 9% commission on their Non-qualified Volume, a 2% commission on the volumes of their first-line Professional groups, and another 1% on the volume of the rest of their Organization (because your Senior Leaders are entitled to a 1% commission on this total you will receive 2% - 1% = 1% in this case).

TO ACHIEVE THIS RANK YOU MUST:

Furthermore, by developing a National Leader in your Organization you get an additional opportunity to increase your earnings by qualifying for the Millionaires’ Club.

A National Leader has the highest possible commission percentage. So it may seem that 9% of the Non-qualified Volumes of my National Leader(s) and 2% on their first-line Professional groups is all that he/she can earn. However, given the fact that any National Leader has a huge Organization, he/she usually has a very large Commissionable Volume even excluding the amount of his/her National Leader. It means that your earnings will be very high.

If you are a NATIONAL LEADER and have at least one National Leader in your Organization, and each year you help at least one Consultant within your Non-qualified Volume (or a new Consultant signed-up by you) to develop and achieve the Rank of Professional, you can join the Millionaires’ Club.

EACH MEMBER OF THE MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB ‘COSTS’ $25,000 QUARTERLY. Added together this money goes to a common prize fund which is distributed among the Millionaires’ Club members each quarter according to their performance during this period (ask your National Leader for the exact terms and conditions).

For example, in one of the previous quarters seven of our Leaders met the requirements of the Millionaires’ Club. They therefore had a prize fund of $175,000 to share and according to their performance during this quarter each of them received from $15,000 to $60,000! That means that for this quarter the top performer earned around $30,000 in regular monthly commissions plus a $60,000 Millionaires’ Club bonus, i.e., $30,000 per month in total!
