Leaders Forum 2015 Welcome to Oracle’s Leaders Forum 2015 at Terrigal on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales. This is my second year with Oracle Australia and New Zealand and I am even more excited now, than when I first started. Make no mistake; Oracle is on a fast track to becoming the largest Cloud Solutions provider on the planet. We are on an exciting journey with our customers that will see them reduce IT complexity, reduce costs and in the process enable them to be more agile and to see them innovate like never before across their organisations. In order for you to understand this better, we have invited some truly talented Oracle executives in Product Development to join us from Oracle globally to share the Oracle Social, Mobile, Big Data and Cloud evolution with you. This year we are pleased to host over 100 attendees from a diverse range of organisations. We have some wonderful guest speakers from business and the community, including Mark Bouris (Executive Chairman, Yellow Brick Road, AM), Major General Craig Orme (AM, CSC) and Dominic Thurbon (Chief Creative Officer of ChangeLabs). As well, we have customers such as HBF, Victoria University, DTZ and Griffith University sharing their stories on the transformation and innovation occurring within their organisations. Thank you for making the time to spend at Leaders Forum. I am sure you will find this year’s event to be rewarding, informative and inspiring. Welcome

OVERVIEW OF PRESENTATIONS
Oracle Products Integration at Victoria University
How Technology is Changing the Property Industry
Zoltan Berenyi
Saurah Jain
Director Enterprise Value Management Victoria University Victoria University will discuss how they replaced their outdated paper-based student applications process with Oracle’s Policy Automation Cloud Service within their new eAdmissions and eEnrolments online student self service systems. The original process was onerous on both potential students and the University’s admin staff. That processing time was considered to be uncompetitive when the University was seeking to present a compelling student experience to attract new learners to the campus versus other institutions. Simultaneously, over 50 staff could be directly involved in the enrolment process at the start of each year, often doing repetitive activities and usually diverted from other important business priorities. Now, with the Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) solution in place, the student experience is a lot less painful and more seamless and efficient for Victoria University. The turnaround in new enrolments has been remarkable with the time reducing from 5 days to less than 24 hours plus the number of staff supporting the enrolments has reduced from over 50 to around 12.
General Manager Technology, DTZ The way we look for properties is fundamentally broken. This presentation will look at how technology will change the way you look for properties, anywhere in the world from your desk. The combination of a mobile app, 464 megapixel video and a virtual reality headset will disrupt the industry. Saurabh from DTZ will take you through this journey, built upon JDE E1.

Managing Director, Accenture Strategy ANZ Today’s pioneering enterprises are doing more than just talking a good digital game. They are fundamentally changing the way they look at themselves and quickly mastering the shift from “me” to “we.” Proactive corporate leaders see their businesses, employees and customers as a living, breathing digital fabric offering unprecedented opportunity to establish beachheads in new markets, drive profit and change life for the better. Through the transformational power of this network, we’re witnessing the birth of a new era of “digital ecosystems.” David Mann will present five key trends identified in Accenture’s latest thought leadership, ‘The Accenture Technology Vision 2015’ - The Internet of Me, Outcome Economy, Platform (R)evolution, Intelligent Enterprise and Workforce Reimagined. How to sum it all up? It’s not just about you — or me, or anyone else in particular. It’s about all of us — The “We Economy”.
