For example, this year, four students are CEOs of foundations they created to help with breast cancer research, aid individuals and families affected by Type 1 Diabetes, provide access to books and increase literacy, and provide school supplies to students in need.

Information Take A Tour Get an up close and personal walk through Rosary. Tours are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays every week throughout the school year. Schedule a Shadow Day Every eighth grader is strongly encouraged to come to Rosary for one school day. A shadow day provides a day in the life of a Rosary student. Each eighth grader is hosted by a current freshman with similar academic and extracurricular interests. Shadows are asked to dress casually and arrive at 7:45 a.m. and be picked up at 3:00 p.m. Lunch is provided. Attend a social Activity Eighth graders are welcome to attend Rosary sporting events, Marmion football games, the Marmion homecoming bonfire, or the Rosary musical to get familiar with the social aspects of student life. Attend the Open house The Open House provides an introduction to the faculty and staff with an in-depth view of Rosary’s curriculum, activities, athletics, and culture. Send Mom & Dad to the Prospective PArent Q&A Parents seeking information prior to the Entrance Exams are invited to attend an informative Q&A session with a panel of administrators, teachers, parents, and alumnae. Take the Entrance Exams Eighth graders seeking admission into Rosary High School must take the High School Placement Exam. This standard indicator and the information gathered from parents, teachers, and grade school transcripts are used to determine acceptance to Rosary. There are two entrance exams. To be considered for scholarships, students must take the first entrance exam in early December.

Financial Assistance Rosary provides both merit-based and need-based assistance. Merit-based scholarships are awarded depending upon the criteria established by the benefactor. Only the students who take the December entrance exam can qualify for merit-based scholarships. For need-based assistance, financial information must be submitted through FACTS by February 15 to be considered for financial aid.
