CAROM SEEDS ďƒ˜ Carom Seeds help in getting rid of irregular menses. ďƒ˜ The decoction can be prepared from carom seeds. Jaggery can be added for better taste.


GINGER ďƒ˜ Ginger stimulates the menstrual flow and gave relief from oligomenorrhea. ďƒ˜ Ginger tea or ginger juice can be consumed daily it will give permanent relief from this problem.


CUMIN ďƒ˜ Cumin is a spice which has many health benefits. ďƒ˜ It is a very effective home remedy. Soak 2-3 tsp of cumin seeds in a glass of water and drink this water in the early morning.


UNRIPE PAPAYA ďƒ˜ Unripe Papaya is an effective home remedy for irregular menses. ďƒ˜ It regulates the contraction of uterus fiber and stimulates the estrogen hormone.


TURMERIC ďƒ˜ Turmeric is very helpful in regulate the normal mensuration and balancing hormones. ďƒ˜ It also gives relief from abdominal pain during menses.


CINNAMON  Cinnamon is a spice which is commonly used to enhance the taste of food.  It is also an effective home remedy in irregular periods.  Add cinnamon powder in warm milk and consume it daily for better results.


PINEAPPLE  Pineapple contains bromelain enzyme which helps in soften the lining of the uterus and regulate periods.  Eat pineapple or consume its juice is beneficial in this condition.  It's anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties help in reducing the inflammation and pain.


LIFESTYLE CHANGES  Avoid junk and spicy food  Stay hydrated.  Maintain ideal body weight.  Get proper sleep.  Avoid refined flour and its products.  Practice yoga like- Dhanurasana, Ustrasana and Matsyasana.
