The student’s journey will start by building his/ her body through specific martial arts exercises. The student will learn Ki breathing techniques, break falls, throws, hand and foot striking along with martial arts body conditioning exercises. This is not an aerobics class. You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level. This class is called Kickboxing with Kyo Sa Nym and is comprised of the many arts I have studied through my life. Please join me for training.
