A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR
S TA F F
Dear Reader, Vineyard Community Center was launched by Vineyard Columbus in October 2006. The Center primarily serves the diverse neighborhoods of the northeast side of Central Ohio. Because we exist to support and serve our community, we hope that you might find something fun, helpful, and relevant to your needs or your family’s needs within our vast program offerings. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll find within this publication:

You will then receive consultation and advice to help you better understand your legal rights and how to help yourself. The Vineyard Free Legal Clinic offers brief advice to those who cannot afford a lawyer. (Low-income individuals at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.) As a brief advice clinic, it is not possible to accept cases for personal representation. In truly exceptional cases, a lawyer may agree to represent you. However, representation depends on the nature of your legal issue, the expertise of our volunteer lawyers and their personal schedule.
