WELCOME

We’re thrilled to welcome you to London Wonderground, a spectacular slice of Coney Island in the centre of London. Back for a fourth superlative season at Southbank Centre, the festival is renowned for hosting the best circus and cabaret from across the world. This year we have gravity-defying, jazzinfused circus from Scotch & Soda, the return of boylesque troupe and Wonderground favourites BRIEFS, dozens of cabaret, burlesque and family shows as well as a host of eccentricities and attractions. So roll up, roll up and lose yourself in this enchanting playground for the people!

Who doesn’t want to break free of the humdrum and revel in an atmosphere of wit, spectacle and the risqué? Well, those who don’t will definitely not want to explore the huge range of shows that we’ve organised this year in our London Wonderground. But we think life is there to be revelled in - so explore, partake and fully enjoy yourself. Why not? Jude Kelly, OBE Artistic Director, Southbank Centre
