schedules, overseeing instructional budgets, supervision and evaluation of adjunct faculty members, requests for new faculty positions, and program review and assessment. Coordinators work with faculty from different departments to oversee curriculum and ensure course offerings that support the interdisciplinary program. They serve as a point of contact for the program and coordinate assessment and program review efforts. Both Chairs and Program Coordinators manage the departmental/programmatic advising process and ensure that advising is available year round.
