FECC CONVENTION Federal Contracting Center
Challenges •Make a first time Webcast for the Federal Contracting Center of Puerto Rico •Promote a strong social networking presence of the event. •Promote the event on the social network. •Proper exposure to the representatives participating of the event.
Solution: •Create a Fan Page for the event , in which the people can see the live Webcast •Provide a turn-key solution for Webcast Services. (Personal, Servers and Equipment) •Create Short and precise interviews to the representatives participating in the event and post it to the web. •Take photos and record the event and interviews for future use and documentation.

Hima San Pablo Hospitals
Challenges •Make the first time Webcast for a medical intervention live and open to the public. •Create a broadcast from the operation room in which 2 robots were connected to our video mixer so other doctors and people could view the procedures. Also the doctors needed the ability to answer questions from other doctors connected from a medical convention.
Solution: •Provide a turn-key solution for Webcast Services. (Personal, Servers and equipment) •Connect robots and coordinate with hospital personnel all the details about Webcast. •Take photos and record the event and interviews for future use and documentation.
Results: •
More than 300 Obstetricians participated in the live event.

Challenges •Create a live internet music station with programs done by students. •Create a Virtual Lessons section easy to up date for students. •Accessibility of the station and lessons everywhere the students may go.
Solution: •Create a website where the radio station can be listened to at any time. •Create a link website to the main page where students can log in and watch their lessons. •Website platform blog style easy to post comments and control the information and updates. •Create a mobile site where students can listen to the music, programs and watch their lessons. •Integration of the page to Facebook for more traffic to the radio station.
Results •
Students enjoy the radio station anywhere they go.
