The complete package is designed to make you self sufficient in regards to researching and assembling sponsorship packages so you won’t have to pay anyone in the future.

1. Identify Potential Sponsors ($297) a. Visit Black Houston will help you identify sponsors based on platform alignment i. Radio ii. Television iii. Print iv. Internet b. Value Added Proposition - Visit Black Houston will help you to understand what each participant wants and how you can deliver it: a. Vendors b. Attendees c. Guest Panelists d. Sponsors (Media, Cash, In-kind) c. Visit Black Houston will help you identify in-kind sponsors that you should seek. i. Food ii. Beverage iii. Other 2. Sponsorship Packet Creation a. Option 1 ($497) i. Visit Black Houston will create 8 page or less Sponsorship Packet for your upcoming event based on your research ii. Generic Sponsorship Packet (This is most applicable for In-kind sponsor ships and sub-$1,000 sponsorships) iii. Customize each packet (up to 2) that needs to conform to specific CSR Policies (Only applicable for Series, Title, or Event Sponsorship Levels) iv. Visit Black Houston will help you identify partnerships that make sense for your brand b. Option 2 ($749) i. Visit Black Houston will create 8 page or less Sponsorship Packet for your upcoming event based on our research ii. Generic Sponsorship Packet (This is most applicable for In-kind sponsor ships and sub-$1,000 sponsorships) iii. Customize each packet(up to 5) that needs to conform to specific CSR Policies (Only applicable for Series, Title, or Event Sponsorship Levels) iv. Visit Black Houston will help you identify partnerships that make sense for your brand v. Visit Black Houston will teach you how to identify potential cash sponsors

based on the their advertising budgets (We will teach you how to identify the people, who approve the budget for sponsorships, by name and how to find out their annual advertising expenditures) i. $50,000 Annual Advertising Budgets or more ii. $100,000 Annual Advertising Budgets or more iii. $250,000 Annual Advertising Budgets or more 3. Venue - Selection ($149) a. Visit Black Houston will help you to find a nice venue that is consistent with your brand. (Our criterion would include, yet not limited to, decorum, accessibility, exclusivity and that is not always confined to 5 star hotels and ballrooms) b. Visit Black Houston will leverage its relationships with people to reduce the costs of venue rental if possible. c. If necessary, Visit Black Houston will help you identify sources for event insurance d. If you are unable to visit these venues because of your hectic schedule, we will visit and film the insides of 3 venues for you for an additional $75* 4. Visit Black Houston will create the 40 page Souvenir Book prototype and Advertising Kit for your upcoming event. ($399) - None of the Adobe InDesign or Photoshop source files are included. a. Graphic Design (Adobe InDesign) b. Layout (Adobe InDesign) c. Content Creation (articles) d. Research for advertising kit e. Create Social Media Banners for the Souvenir Book on the following platforms: i. Facebook ii. Twitter iii. Pinterest iv. Instagram v. YouTube vi. Tumblr 5. Visit Black Houston will create the final production Souvenir Book and Advertising Kit for your upcoming event and deliver to you the Adobe InDesign source files in the event you would like to edit the files yourself or take the files to a different printer. ($597) a. Graphic Design ($99 per ad*) (i.e. A 40 page souvenir book can contain from 40 to 320 ads in theory. This cost is passed onto the advertiser) The Photoshop source Files are included with the design fee. 2 revisions per ad is the limit. b. Layout (Adobe InDesign) c. Content Creation (articles) d. Distribution of the souvenir book - varies based upon methodology.

i. Physical Delivery to various locations around Houston. ii. Postal delivery to various locations around Houston (These costs are a part of production costs) iii. Digital delivery of the souvenir book e. Sales i. If Visit Black Houston doesn’t handle the magazine advertising sales - the revenue split will be 0%/100% (Visit Black Houston/Your Organization) of all revenue ,not counting production costs ii. If Visit Black Houston does handle 100% of the magazine advertising sales - the revenue split will be 70%/30% (Visit Black Houston/Your Organization) of all revenue ,not counting production costs 1) Sales Team Development - This is the responsibility of Visit Black Houston 2) Sales Team Management- This is the responsibility of Visit Black Houston 3) Sales Team Training- This is the responsibility of Visit Black Houston 4) Sales Script Creation- This is the responsibility of Visit Black Houston iii. If Visit Black Houston and Your Organization shares the responsibility of magazine advertising sales - the revenue split will be 50%/50% (Visit Black Houston/Your Organization) of all revenue ,not counting production costs 1) Sales Team Development- This is a joint responsibility of Visit Black Houston and your organization 2) Sales Team Management- This is a joint responsibility of Visit Black Houston and your organization 3) Sales Team Training- This is a joint responsibility of Visit Black Houston and your organization 4) Sales Script Creation- This is a joint responsibility of Visit Black Houston and your organization iv. If your organization would like to have a different percentage split, this can be accommodated while modifying the responsibilities of Visit Black Houston and your organization.

APPENDIX A We understand that it might be more practical to purchase certain components in order to stay within your budgetary constraints so each item has an investment fee next to it, i.e. ($100) , ($400), ($200). Which means you can purchase these items as needed and as can be afforded. The complete package can be divided into 2 payments however, the work will not begin until the payment is made in full. If necessary, we can finance everything through PayPal for 6 months, no interest, which means it’s the same as cash.

*There are some upgrade options available for any item with an asterisk (*) next to it. This will affect the final total however it is not required to be paid when the total is paid. These upgrade options can paid as needed on a 50% deposit and 50% when the work is completed basis when the upgrades exceed $500. For example, if a 40 page souvenir book costs $25,000 when produced and distributed for 50,000 quantity and a full page costs $2,000 Then one souvenir book can generate a little more than $80k approximately, gross. $80k - $25k production costs = $55k net $55k divided by 2 = $27,500 net for Visit Black Houston & $27,500 net for your organization if revenue sharing is 50/50.
