Tarup-Davinde Nature Area The natural environment at Tarup-Davinde has been shaped by years of excavation for raw materials and is constantly changing and expanding. Faaborg-Midtfyn council and Odense council are continuously acquiring new land and recreating the soil layer so that nature can move in again. Therefore, the landscape today is characterized by both newly established natural areas that have just been established, as well as older, well-grown areas. Søllinge

Ravnholt Castle

Ride along Ravnholtvej through the avenues, passing Ravnholt Castle, first mentioned historically in 1382. The main building is lived in by the Sehestedt Juul family and consists of three wings and a chapel. There is access to the forests, but not to the estate or park facilities around Ravnholt. Proceed to the country road where you turn right.

Søllinge Schoolmuseum

Ryslinge College Riding through Ryslinge you pass Ryslinge College, founded in 1851 by Christen Kold in a newly constructed building that was shaped like Thor’s hammer. The college has since then been the centre for disseminating knowledge and of general education. Take the cycle path along Blaakærvej back to Ringe. Along the way you pass the

Tøystrup Estate, which is now a conference centre.
