GARDENS 9:30 AM Begin your day at the Lynden Sculpture Garden that offers a unique experience of art in nature through its collection of more than 50 monumental sculptures sited across 40 acres of park, lake, and woodland. Easily viewed with up-close vantage points – a must see collection!

11:00 AM The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum is a magnificent 1923 Italian Renaissance-style villa built as a private residence overlooking Lake Michigan. It’s filled with 15th-18th century decorative arts, wrought iron, changing museum exhibits, concerts, and programs. A beautiful view is only steps outside on the eastern balcony where you are presented with a view of the formal tiered gardens as well as Lake Michigan.

12:30 PM Lunch is next at Zilli’s Café in the Boerner Botanical

Gardens. Your group will enjoy this delightful café with a beautiful view of the gardens.

2:00 PM Once lunch is completed enjoy the Boerner Botanical Gardens, Milwaukee’s Living Museum. These gardens became an o�cial test site in 1960 for All America Rose Selections, one of only 23 in the country. Over 400 varieties of roses and flowers are currently undergoing trial and are accessible for viewing.

4:00 PM After exploring the gardens, take a step back in time at Trimborn Farm, located only minutes from the Gardens. This is a unique example of a mid-19th century industrial and farming complex. Trimborn Farm has nine original buildings, including lime kilns, a Greek revival farmhouse, a granary built with brick nogging, and one of the largest stone barns in Wisconsin.

8:30 AM Take a city tour and enjoy the architecture and history of this uniquely-diverse city on Lake Michigan. Include a stop at the Basilica of St. Josaphat and step back in time as you marvel at the history and beauty, especially during this holiday season.

10:30 AM Among the fantastic collections housed at the Milwaukee Art Museum, be sure to stop and enjoy the unique and modern architecture of the main entrance designed by Santiago Calatrava. Spend a few moments to watch the museum’s moveable, wing-like sunscreen open to greet the day. CEDARBURG (23 miles)

Just north of Milwaukee, this charming community is a popular stop for antiquing, wine, and more. Cedarburg is an easy daytrip from Milwaukee, but there are also several charming historic bed and breakfasts in the area if you’d like to make it a getaway.

PORT WASHINGTON (25 miles)

Set on the coast of Lake Michigan just north of Milwaukee, this harbor town brings a taste of New England charm to the Midwest. Visitors love exploring the historic lakefront downtown, including a beautiful art deco lighthouse, and the city is always a popular spot for ďŹ shing, boating, and other outdoor activities.

RACINE (30 miles) Located on the shore of Lake Michigan right between Milwaukee and Chicago, this city is home to three Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings, beaches and outdoor fun, and, of course, Kringle! Visit the Racine Art Museum, the headquarters of SC Johnson – a Family Company, and beautiful North Beach ranked by USA Today as one of the country’s top freshwater beaches. KENOSHA (40 miles) Halfway between Milwaukee and Chicago, you'll find this charming historic city. Kenosha is home to group tour favorites like outlet shopping, two historic lighthouses, museums, the Jelly Belly Visitors Center, and more. KOHLER (55 miles) Originally a planned community to house the employees of Kohler Co., the Village of Kohler is now home to The American Club, a premier resort featuring first-class golf courses, an award-winning spa, and several fine dining options. The surrounding village is filled with charming shopping, dining, and more. MADISON (80 miles) Wisconsin’s capital city is a short drive west of Milwaukee and well-known as one of America’s greenest cities. You’ll find no shortage of outdoor adventures here, a bustling farmers market, and a lively student community at UW-Madison. From Madison, you're just a short drive to Spring Green, where you'll find the infamous curiosities of the House on the Rock, the acclaimed American Player's Theatre, and Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin. GREEN BAY (120 miles)

Go Pack Go! You’ll see plenty of green and gold on the streets of Milwaukee on game days (and the rest of the year), and many local bars offer at least one shuttle trip up to catch a Green Bay Packers home game at Lambeau Field.
