In addition to his positions as Music Director of SoNA and the Thunder Bay Symphony in Ontario, Canada, Haas is the founder and Artistic Director of Sympho, a trailblazing concert production company that creates powerful and emotional musical experiences, collaborating with leading artists and using unexpected performance methods and unorthodox venues.

Moreau played recitals at La Jolla Music Society, the Chamber Music Society of Palm Beach, the Artist Series Concerts in Sarasota, SILL Music Mondays, the Candlelight Concert Society, and the Embassy of France. In 2015-16, Moreau made his debut with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and made his New York recital debut in the Young Concert Artists Series. In addition to concerto appearances with today’s most important conductors, Moreau is in frequent demand as a chamber musician and has worked with the Talich, Prazak, Modigliani and Ébène quartets, and pianists Nicholas Angelich and JeanFrederic Neuburger. He has performed at Poland’s Easter Festival in Warsaw, the Radio France Montpellier Festival, the Colmar Festival, the Evian Festival, La Folle Journée in Nantes and Tokyo, the Verbier Festival, the Edinburgh Festival, and the Musikverein in Vienna. Moreau’s most recent album, Giovincello, a recording of Baroque concertos with il pomo d’oro was released last season on the Warner Classics label. Born in 1994 in Paris, Moreau began playing the cello at the age of four and the piano at six. He studied cello with Philippe Muller at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris, and worked with Frans Helmerson at the Kronberg Academy. He plays a David Tecchler cello, dated 1711.
