elcome to our first Fashion Week Chronicles edition. The team is back after covering both New York and London Fashion Weeks to give you a unique perspective on the latest Spring/ Summer 2017 collections.

Not only will you see the latest fashion trends, but we’ll also be sharing stories and highlights from around New York City and London -- two dynamic, but vastly different metropolitan cities that are the perfect backdrop to these global fashion events.

Since we covered a lot of runways and presentations during both fashion weeks, we’re starting off with our NYFW Edition and sharing our unique perspective of the runways around NYC. And for the first time, we’re kicking it all off with two videos capturing a few of the runway and presentation highlights from both fashion week events. Hopefully, this will give you a peek at what’s to come. Click here for NYFW and click here for LFW. One thing we’re sure of after seeing all these collections — there’s bound to be something for everyone, no matter your style!

e were headquartered directly across the street from Moynihan Station in Midtown Manhattan, one of the primary venues for this year’s runways. But, we ended up criss-crossing Manhattan and cabbing our way back-and-forth to Pier 59 Studios at Chelsea Piers and Skylight Clarkson Square, with other venues located in between to catch all the runways and presentations.

L

ocated on the west side of Manhattan, we stumbled across the elevation on our way to the runways at Chelsea Piers. Though still crowded with people, the greenery and elevated views from the High Line helped us escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets of NYC and nonstop pace as we ran from one runway to another during days of sweltering heat which enveloped the city.
