Message from the President I would like to thank the West Virginia Elks Association, Bluefield Lodge #269 and all the lodges in the State for support they afforded me on my road trip to become the President of the West Virginia Elks Association. What a privilege to serve as your West Virginia State Elks Association President. Many of our members have provided guidance and mentoring on my journey to the presidency. To all – Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to serving our Association, lodges, and our State Elk members. I will strive to bring the good name and the accomplishments of our State as I visit lodges outside our border as an ambassador.
