Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups Rice Bubbles 200g Mars Bars 3 tablespoons thin cream 2 teaspoons cocoa powder 12-24 small easter eggs
Method:
1. Place 12 muffin/20 cupcake paper cases into a tray. 2. Chop up Mars Bars and place in a microwave-proof bowl with cream and cocoa powder. In microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir well. Repeat until mars bars have melted and mixture is creamy consistency. 3. Stir the rice bubbles until well combined. 4. Spoon into paper cases. Use a teaspoon to make a small depression (nest) in the centre of each basket. Place in fridge until set. 5. Place one or two easter eggs in each basket. 6. Store covered in the fridge until needed.
1 pack Milk Arrowroot Biscuits 250g Icing Mixture Food Colouring (3-4) Edible decorations
Method:
1. Place Arrowroot biscuits on baking tray. 2. Mix icing mixture as per directions on pack. 3. Separate icing mixture into 3-4 bowls and add a few drops of food colouring to each bowl. Mix well until colour is even. 4. Spread half of icing mixture onto biscuits (different colours) Reserve half for decoration and put into piping bags. 5. Get creative and decorate. 1. Cut two 1cm strips from the bottom of the paper roll. 2. Colour paper roll and the two strips. 3. Glue on goggly eyes. 4. Draw nose, whiskers, mouth and teeth with black marker. Colour teeth white. 5. Attach two strips as bunny ears.

1. Draw two circles on the cardboard. A small circle for the head, a larger circle for the body. 2. Colour both circles yellow. 3. Glue on goggly eyes. 4. Paint an orange beak. 5. Place both hands first in yellow paint and put hands on each side for the wings. Repeat with orange paint for the feet.
