September just flew by. One minute we were getting ready for kids to go back to school and the next we’re getting costumes and candy ready for Halloween. The flurry of showhome openings and community launches around Edmonton certainly helped in the seeming rush, and we were there to witness them.

Kinglet Gardens by Rohit Land Development was one of the biggest community launches in the city over the last couple of years. The Garden Party they hosted was a big hit, see our cover feature inside for the full account and how this boutique community is bringing new energy and excitement in the northwest.

We were also privileged to attend the BILD Alberta gala awards in Jasper, and a hearty congratulations to all the winners and finalists. We have the full list inside too.

Also, a big “thank you” to all those who stopped by our booth at the trade show there and chatted with the team (pictured here) about the new video + reel package we are offering our customers. Check out our NextHome channel on YouTube to see what it’s all about.
