Elan Grand Opening Festival
On September 10th, Dream Unlimited revealed six new showhomes in their new community of Elan. Located in the City of Beaumont, the community event highlighted beautiful homes from Crystal Creek Homes, Homes by Avi, and Morrison Homes, each offering architecturally compelling home models across a range of sizes and styles. Event visitors were treated to a selection of food from Poutine World and Starvin Marvin’s food trucks, as well as fun activities to enjoy – including mini golf, a balloon artist, magician, and more. The event was also an opportunity for visitors to explore Elan’s central Parc Réunis, a beautiful green space designed with wood-built playgrounds (including a three-story watch tower), a sport court and seating areas. “Elan is the culmination of over half a decade of active engagement with the local community,” says Jonathan Chan, general manager of Dream’s Edmonton Land division. “Beaumont has such a strong identity, and it was important to us to live up to the potential of that and not just bring more Edmonton to communities outside its borders,” says Chan. “Everything from the emphasis on inviting porches to the quality of the public spaces is purpose-built for bringing residents together. We wanted to get it right.” To learn more about the exciting community of Elan, and homes available, visit myelan.ca
Cy Becker Landing Housewarming
There was a lot to celebrate on September 10th in the northeast community of Cy Becker Landing! Four new front drive showhomes opened their doors for visitors to explore, which included Homes by Avi, Morrison Homes, Excel Homes and City Homes, and a fabulous housewarming party was hosted for guests to enjoy. The event featured a variety of vendors, with Choco N’ Dip, Mr. Capy’s food truck and Mild Mobile Bar serving up fantastic bites and sips. Birchwood Meadows was also on site for some build-your-own floral arrangements, and Balloon Fairies kept the smallest visitors entertained. Guests who sent their RSVP in early for the event were also given a housewarming gift curated by Justine Ma, featuring a cheese board by Chop Value and a tea towel from local maker Mezza Luna Studio. Cy Becker Landing is located in an established area with convenient access to major routes, including Manning Drive Freeway and Anthony Henday Drive, and is close to a variety of commercial, recreational and natural amenities.
