Data from the São Paulo State Public Safety Department in 2019 shows that the city has decreased more than 25% of crimes in the last 4 years. The results also point out that in the last year, Barueri registered its lowest number in relation to vehicle theft, decreasing almost 23% in relation to 2018 and more than 50% in the last three years.
