Public Relations Strategy
Option 1: Pitch the press solely about the listing understanding the likelihood that they will include the previous owner's name as it is listed in public records and many publications, like the New York Post and real estate’s The Real Deal, have researchers that comb all new listings on a daily basis to identify anything notable
Option 2: Do not pitch the press at all, however, there is still the chance they will pick up the listing once it hits the market and mention the previous owner's name
Option 3: Pitch to the press with the estate's permission and/or a statement from them about listing the apartment
