G
irls of Delhi University’s Gargi College left no stone unturned to make sure that their annual fest – Reverie 2014 — was a hit affair, despite the last minute changes and the unpleasant weather. The three-day gala, which was held last week, saw teams from various colleges across the city competing in multiple events. The highlight of day one was Cursive-iti – the choreography night, where 10 teams contested. Day two began with Aabhas – the street play competition, where 12 teams took part. Next was the western dance competition where eight teams were shortlisted for the event. The day culminated with a performance by Coke Studio artists – Adi and Suhail. The much-anticipated star night on the last day, where singer Arijit Singh was supposed to come but couldn’t make it due to illness, saw singer Neeraj Shridhar filling in for him. SAHIL MAGOO
